The product is ok. My dog seems to like it and has had some improvement. I understand it takes time, which is understandable. I think the product is good, and has potential to help my dog. Their website is also very informative. However, the customer service is what my biggest complaint is - they have "nutritionists" they tote are there to help. I emailed them twice, with pictures of my dog, to see if he was having some purging issues and ask if I should up his dose. I received NO response. I called and had to leave a message for a representative to call me back. They did call back, however, the woman I talked to was less than helpful, rude (she was obviously too busy shuffling papers to pay any attention to my questions and had zero suggestions), and non-apologetic that I received no response via email. Simply because of their extremely poor customer service I give them two stars.

Dinovite is amazing! The customer service and prompt, sweet, caring and knowledgable. This stuff has changed our dogs life. He was a flea infested stray and when we adopted him he was healing, but so so stinky and constantly licking his paws, legs and body. After 3 weeks of dinovite and lickochops, he is a different dog. The shampoo is great too. So natural and healing. I will always use this with all of our pets.

I dont trust any other brand as much as Dinovite! I love the Dog-O-Suds! I have peace of mind knowing that its the best shampoo for my dogs. The scents it comes in are also amazing! Lavender is my favorite! Nub-O-Nubs...dont get me started on them! My dogs cant get enough!!! If you want high quality ingredients AND customer service, go to Dinovite!
