I am a reptile owner. I love my lizards very dearly, but today I lost two of my most treasured babys. The third one is not doing well. You see I have been feeding my armadillo lizards a diet of mainly crickets with the occasional applesauce for a treat. They are new to captivity. So information on care is scarce. I came to petsmart to try a different diet. I asked the staff on two different occasions and read the label on the box of super worms to make sure they would be OK for my Armies. I was told they would be fine. So for two weeks I have fed them to my lizards. I had one turn up with a mysterious injury to her jaw, and considered that maybe she had been hurt or attacked by the other two. So I separated her and began doctoring her up. Now today my fiancee calls me to tell me that that the other two have passed on. Very morbidly I might add. These armadillos I bought at my first repticon show on my first date with my now fiancé. I was VERY HURT. After some research I found out that these super worms I had purchased are carnivorous and had eaten my lizards at night! I called the store and requested that they make this information known on the box and to the staff so that this wont happen to anyone else. The lady on the line assured me she would make this information clear to customers but PLEASE DONT LOSE YOUR PETS THIS WAY!

We adopted 2 cats from this Pet Smart. I had to walk around forever to find someone who of course had to find someone else. We waited for a very long time for the manager to show up and when she did she said in a very apathetic and accusing tone "serious inquiries only". Not "hello" or "Im so and so". I reassured her that we were inquiring seriously and she let us in but only after letting me know that they could not do any more adoptions after 5pm because there was only 1 manager. Before we left she had changed it to 4pm. We had to come back the next day because we had some questions and we were waiting for a reply from the Humane Society. I came back first thing in the morning to pick up the kittens and again had to wait for 37 minutes while the manager found time for us. Same lady, same attitude. I wish I had gotten her name but she never introduced herself and I didnt think to look. I still give them 2 stars because we love our kitties and the coupons we got were nice. I would rate the Humane Society as 5 stars. Their rep was wonderful.

My elderly dog doesnt enjoy the groomer anyway. We left him at 8 AM in what seemed like capable and caring hands. We were told that he would be ready in 3-4 hours. After 5 hours, we called to check on his status and were told he wouldnt be ready until 3:30 PM. SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS, YALL! After speaking with two employees and a manager, the only explanation was that theyre short-staffed and over-booked. These seem like management problems of which my dog should not be made victim. Then the manager blamed his hair drying time and stated that he requires a "specific cut". We get him cut every 2-3 months. Hes not a shaggy beast. This is the job. We will never be back, Petsmart.

I took my dog here for grooming about 8 months ago. The cut wasnt my favorite but he did look cute and he felt good. But now he wont let me touch his nails and the last time I got him groomed he pooped at peed all over the groomer because he was so scared when she barely touched the back of the clippers to him. My dog used to stand just fine for me or anyone else to dremmel his nails. Now I cant do anything with him and I was never told he was THAT bad when getting groomed. Im very upset and now questioning just exactly what happened to my dog when he was there.

Ive taken my dog here numerous times for grooming service. I never had complaints until recent. The last time I brought her here, they cut her close to the neck and didnt inform me about it and I noticed after I got home. I decided to try them again but it wasnt any better. they charged me 7$ extra because they said she bites which Ive never have heard of that complaint from any groomer and she wrote on the notes that she suggest to take my dog to get groomed somewhere else. I dont recommend anyone their service.

I bath my dogs every week so when it was time for a trim I tried PetSmart. Took them a picture of what my dog should look like. Explained head and legs shorter then rest of body. Not only did they leave the head and legs longer then the rest of the body they did not do a sanitary cut on my boys, clean the hair out of their ears or trim the hair from the paws. The groomer I used where we moved from did all that for $35 PetSmart charger $45 and missed so much. Will not be going back.

It is a PetSmart, it is a giant pet store similar to a Walmart. I think the prices are very good and they have a very large selection of all the items for all the animals. I am giving the store five stars because every time I go in the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

We had an awesome experience at PetSmart. We took our puppy, Ringo, for his first grooming. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and treated our fur baby like their own. When we came to pick Ringo up, he didnt want to leave. I definitely recommend PetSmart Canton, GA.

I absolutely love taking my dog here. They are very friendly and are very nice to the dogs. After my dog leaves every time she looks brand new. I am always very satisfied with the staff and the treatment towards the animals.

I have never experienced such abysmal service. Only one cashier open during prime business hours. Then the employees failed to manage a surge in customers. "We apologize for the wait" is not a solution.
