Love this store! They never sell sick animals and its always very clean. The fish and bird section is a little lacking, but its gotten better. The only improvement I could ask for is information on fish species next to every tank, have more toys in each bird cage, and to keep a betta in every peaceful tank if the bettas personality allows it rather than have them in those terrible cups- bettas are TROPICAL fish and need heated and filtered water like any other tropical fish.

I stopped today for aquarium salt my 7 year old daughter had to go potty asked the guy if she could use the restroom to him saying no sorry sir. Maybe consider a no public restroom. Half the fish looked like crap. Not to mention they dont stock there aquarium supplies. I will not step foot back into your store. pretty f#$king sad that u wouldnt let a little girl use restroom. I wish I could give this place zero stars unfortunately it makes me give u guys one.

i called to ask if they had a product i needed, they were rude on the phone, then when my wife went up there to get the product i needed, the girl had no clue what she was talking about and rude to her costumers...we ended up going somewhere else to get the same thing we wanted to get at the pet shop. bad job!
