This is a really nice larger store. They have no problems price matching their website and will look it up for you if you dont have a smartphone. Their perks program offers coupons. There is also a discount on cat litter, which you can bring in the bucket to get refills too. Ive also had good experiences with contacting customer service. Be sure you are signed up for all of their newsletters in your email preferences to get the best deals. They do not send out too many, so they are not annoying.

Not even a 1 star.. took my dog in for a wash and clip his nails.. he was looking in the store while we waited and barked at some people/animals.. lady said we cant take him cause I wont be able to work with him.. no growling, no hackles, no tear your face barking.. just whats that, I hear something...

Clean, well stocked and maintained store. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Yes, a lot of products are overpriced, however, thats the premium you pay most of the time shopping at pet stores. They always have coupons available and have one of the better rewards programs.

Just went here for the first time, amazing quality, wonderful selection, I got the chance to spoil my hamsters here. Staff was super nice. I am very happy and satisfied with this visit, my favorite pet store! :)
