I called two different petcos the first one told me to call back at 11 and then I did called back to the troy location and the girl was rude and said that there were no groomers. I believe this company should make sure all their people know the schedule of the groomer. Second I called the englewood location and there was a groomer there but the 1st call the lady did not even say hello and said bad connection call back n hung up on me second call I asked if there was a groomer and it was as if she was screaming in my ear as she is not able to handle being busy. Never the less she said yes groomer no opens booked all day and hung up the phone. So I am not sure why everyone talks good about these places when the groomer is not there every time I call the troy location and obviously people get anxious when they are busy in the Engle wood. So I rate this a 0 actually because if they act like this over the phone I could only imagine what they are doing in person as a manager at my corporate company I feel they need to rescreen applicants .

They usually have everything I need. Only real problem is how many animals they keep to each tank or terrarium. It does have a weird smell in there as well but you cant expect a floral, or linen smell in a pet store. The staff is usually friendly but some just take guesses on the right answer which I find that Id rather them just say no I dont know instead of giving a person the wrong answer.

Bought 2 hamsters, they both died within a week, thr second hamster we knew was sick so we broght him in to get checked and stuff and in a couple of days he died and they never told us until we called them, after that i went to Rpets in piqua and got a hamster and it lived for exactly a year, the expected life span of a hamster, do not buy pets here ,just go to rpets in piqua.

Lizards in tank empty food and water bowls. The prepackaged crickets that are supposed to be live are all dead and i informed some one and came back a week later and no change at all. No live feeders for the lizards aside from the crickets at the register. and no larger terrarium tank options.

I waited for Half a hour and they never helped us I told the cashier she said she was going to send someone and no one ever helped us I guess because we are Hispanic are moneys no good at petco services sucks I guess you got be white

got my frog there it is awsome she is NOT pisonous very friendliy and was put in a small box when I got her. My frogs name is sandy after my aunt.I got Sandy yesterday and she and I are already atached with each other

Was very satisfied after leaving. The manger was able to advise us on which dog food would be best for our breed of dog. All the employees were outstanding and I will definitely continue going to this Petco.

They could use some work on there customer service. After standing at the counter 10 min wating for someone to check us out we just set our stuff down and left.
