I cant rate with zero stars, therefore this place gets one star. EVERY animals cage was dirty, half had no water and half had no food. Three hens out front had no water or food. Luckily, there was a milk jug with a little water in it on the ground that I was able to fill their homemade waterer with. They were still drinking when I left, which was after giving water to a gecko from jar sitting on the ac unit. Why deal with animals if youre not going to provide basic needs. Will report this place, as it was 1:00 in the afternoon, plenty of time to take care of the animals in an otherwise empty of customer business.

I love this store. They have good quality, well priced food for all animals and are more than happy to help you choose the right thing for your animal (and no, its not always suggesting the most expensive one!). There are sweet and adorable animals, well cared for and obviously loved. Yes, sometimes the cages can get dirty (because animals, especially cage animals, are dirty) but they have plenty of space, love, and Ive never seen one neglected, hungry, or thirsty. The staff is polite, well informed, very helpful, and, of course, so excited to see any animals that come in!

I have done business here several times in the past and always found them friendly and helpful and on one occasion when I had a question about a pet I had she took the time to explain the cause and cure for the problem. I plan on continuing to do business here from now on.
