All the staff were friendly and handled my dog to reassure him on this first visit. The shop offered a nice variety of products, which were priced reasonably. I received two update phone calls during the grooming, then a call to let me know he was finished, which occurred right on the time I had been told. My dog had the bath and brushing with the added deshedding treatment. I read a review that noted how great the deshedding was, which is why I made the appointment, along with the recommendation of a friend. The deshedding was AMAZING. I usually should vacuum three times each week to keep the dog hair cleaned up, but only had to vacuum once for regular cleaning. There was no noticeable shedding for OVER FOUR WEEKS! I was so pleased with those results that I will be taking my dog every month for the bath, brush and that fabulous deshedding treatment. By the way, my dog is a shepherd and everyone knows how much they shed.
