If I could give 0 stars I would. Put in an approved application for a kitten 3 days ago and had him put on hold. We were supposed to pick him up today. An hour before we are supposed to go get him his foster worker from the rescue group calls to tell me that petsmart is about to adopt him to someone else. They let him come in yesterday and put down a deposit to hold him, with no approved paperwork. The foster worker explained to them that he was already on hold for us and they chose to ignore it because they "already had his money" which they never should have accepted in the first place! After I spoke to the manager myself she said they never knew he was on hold and that they let this other man take our kitten because he was set on this kitten the foster could find us a different one. The whole thing was extremely unprofessional!

Tonight I went to the West Chester location looking for a harness and leash well I found both on a rack marked clearance so I went to pay out and my total came to $48. I told the worker they were all on a rack marked down and she told me "Oh no they arent really on clearance we just dont have anywhere for them go. Needless to say I left very upset I told them thats false advertising and misleading. She just looked at me funny. The moral of the story if I hadnt paid attention I would have paid top dollar for items they are disguising as marked down. I took my money went Big Lots and paid $5 for a leash collar combo which was leather. Be carefull when you shop here pay very close attention and ask questions before purchasing

Ive shopped here easily over 100 times. No issues. Today a male employee told me I could no longer shop there while carrying my firearm. Their "store policy" bans guns. (I have a CCW) Apparently this location is Anti-Second Amendment and does not care about your safety. I also want to note that there is no notice/sign posted at the front entrance.

Took my New Puppy, Lexi, there for the 1st time, for her 1st vet visit, they are so nice, they take the time with you, and take you on time. I also had her groomed for the 1st time, and they did an EXCELLENT job. Im so glad I went to Petsmart for Lexi! The really do care about your pets!!!

A smaller store fit for the purchasing of small animals. They offer a variety of pet care products, but I found their cat food section to be lacking, and their litter box selection was also limited. Good prices on cat trees and the cashier was friendly.

If it was an option I would rate NEGATIVE 5. NEVER take your YORKIE to this place to be groomed!! Missy SHAVED HER HEAD AND FACE!!!! I am absolutely LIVID. I wish I could show you a picture. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Dog hotel at a PetSmart is never a good idea first of all, and secondly, they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping someone take care of fish! Their staff is very nice, but thats all I have to say

A large variety of pet supplies for almost any type of animal. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. We use this store for all our pet needs. Always fun to look at some of the live animals on site too.
