I bought a beta fish for my granddaughter, poor guy died a week later. When I tried to replace the fish, I was told that because I had the dead fish in water, they couldnt test the water so they had no way of knowing if it was my fault that the fish died. So no replacement. When I SAID I would just buy another fish , I was told that she couldnt, in good concience, sell me another fish since I might have bad water in my tank ! Really ?! Horrible customer service. Never again.. I have a 55 gallon aquarium in my home that have had fish for 10 years, they thrive. I am not new to this

There is a gentlemen named Andrew who is the best guy there! He is very knowledgeable of the foods and helped me select the best food suited for my pet. I have been there a couple times and he has always been very kind and makes the whole shopping experience stress free. Petco as a whole, Im very pleased with this location. Its small, but suits my needs just fine. Reasonable pricing on quality products. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my pets needs.

Every time we bring our growing pup in, someone there has remembered his name and made a point to get on the floor with him and play. It just makes the visits such an absolute thrill for our pup. Plus the knowledgeable recommendations and assistance are insightful, helpful and has saved us money. Well keep going back to this terrific store that our little puppy thinks belongs to him alone. ;-) Thanks for what you do, and keep up the great work!

Went to get dog shampoo and a dog bed. Their computers were down so they couldnt take my debit card then they couldnt take my check either. This is the third time in the last 6 months this has happened. How do they stay in business? The cashier said they just got a new internet. Sorry Petco you just lost a $60 sale and my business. I will not be back. Would have given you no stars but that was not an option.

I went in to find some items that could help with my sick gecko. The woman who was working went above and beyond by explaining her experience with the same problem and gave me some tips and solutions. She was very kind and I recommend going to this store for their helpful personnel and stocked inventory.

Decent supply of supplies, but pricing is often higher than some of their competitors. Still a great Middletown store for pet owners. Wish they had more of a fish selection, but overall its a much nicer and cleaner store than Jacks Pets/PetValue.

The selection isnt the biggest but they are always friendly and willing to help answer any questions I have. Danicka (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is very knowledgeable about fish and has got our aquarium thriving!

Staff turnover all the time. Usually have to refill our own kitty litter instead of staff. Smaller store but big selection of pet supplies. Gets crowded during puppy training event.

Refill your kitty litter here, know of no other place that offers that. Limited selection but they have room to expand. Never the same employees here anymore
