The manager overcharged me for a Betta fish. I got 2 Betta fish and already had 4 at home. I even asked the manager if he was sure that the Betta fish I was buying was really that breed of Betta fish, which was one of the most expensive ones. He said "Im sure it is." When I took it home, I found it wasnt the expensive kind of Betta fish, and I had gotten scammed. I drove back in the rain to get a the partial refund because he said he would only do it today when I called. The manager at this Blue Ash Petco location is a total lying a-hole who shouldve comped the fish for lying to me and overcharging, but he didnt. Dont buy anything there because it will be overpriced, labeled wrong, and the manager will probably pocket the difference. Go to the one in Montgomery!

This is our go to spot for immediate needs when we cant wait on a delivery. They have a good selection, but you can often find things much cheaper on-line if youre not in a rush. The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I have questions.

Not too exciting. Many of the items are petco brand - notably leashes and collars, did not carry higher end brands. Would prefer more diversity. Shop here if more concerned about low prices with no preference to brand.

Went for annual vaccinations. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend them if your "furry family member" needs their annual vaccinations.

Staff was helpful. I have a cat and I dont think they have a good selection compared to other places. The store is set up weird and it was hard for me to find what I was looking for.
