This store has definitely gone down hill since the new Store Manager took over. I had taken my elderly cocker spaniel to be groomed there for years without issue. Today there was a new groomer and not only did she do an extremely poor grooming job, (the hair between the pads and in his ears was not cut short as requested, the nails were clipped and not ground as requested, and the hair on the top of his paws was butchered scraggly, and not cut short as instructed), but three hours after I dropped him off, I got a call saying they are not comfortable bathing the dog because of his grunting and breathing. When I dropped my dog off I told her that he is over 14 and makes old man noises and not to worry. Hes been like that for years. Hes senile and incontinent but doesnt appear to be in any pain so I deal with his aging issues. There had never been a problem until today. The new groomer took the issue to the new Store Manager who, with no medical foundation, decided he was uncomfortable bathing the dog. No assurance on my part would change his mind. When I was dropping my dog off the woman in front of me was getting an explanation of why her dogs grooming was not right either. All I can say is, I hope when these people are old and infirm, their families decide they are not too old to get bathed. P.S. When I got home I bathed him myself and hes doing just fine, as always. Beware of the groomers at this store. I would say this store is going to the dogs but I wouldnt want to insult our Canine friends.

I bring my dog to grooming here for a bath once a month [shes a Min Pin], and the groomers are very nice to her. I love the little doggy report cards they write that tells me what they did, what I should consider trying next time, and how she behaved, even if she was being a handful. I appreciate the honesty. One thing you must keep in mind is that you have to make appointments for baths or haircuts; very rarely will there be an opening if you just show up unannounced. Also, if your dog hasnt been there in awhile, make sure the rabies info they have is current; I saw a lady there once when I was waiting get very rude and disrespectful to one of the groomers because the rabies had expired and she couldnt get a haircut. The grooming salon is NOT a vet; they dont automatically update the rabies when it expires because the vet doesnt fax the updated rabies to them [hows the vet supposed to know if your dog goes to grooming or what groomer you use?] Lastly, they go over prices and services very thoroughly with you at check-in, even if youve been there many times. And if theres any problem [my dog can be bad for nails], they let you know and make price corrections accordingly. I definitely recommend this salon over others in the area.

Nice enough and helpful staff. Store is kind of dim. The parking lot, bizarre.  Matter of fact, the parking lot is so incredibly awful that it is noteworthy.  Ive seen this sort of foolishness elsewhere, so it isnt unique to Roswell in general, or this PetSmart store in particular.  Acute angles, lanes and spaces situated as if the planning for the mess was done with a handful of Pixie Stix:  some "architect" or other equally over-credentialed moron had a handful of Stix, threw them at a mock-up of the shopping center, and exclaimed, "Gobsmackers!  That looks like a wonderful plan!  Lets build THAT!"  You should never hire weapons-grade retards to design your multi-million dollar shopping development. Anyway.  Checkout is a breeze here and the employees are quite nice.  Its always entertaining to see other people with their pets walking around in public.

This is for the grooming department. I made an appointment earlier today for my dog to get washed at 3pm. As Im dropping him off with the grooming lady, I ask what time I should pick him back up. She tells me 2-3 hours. I ask if theres any way to get him done faster (because hes so nervous hes shivering like a leaf), and she tells me that she can wash him quicker for $11 more, so I left. All in all, the grooming here sucks. They pretty much torture your dog by making them wait while they putz around chatting or answering phones when they really should be cleaning your dog. The max time it should take to wash my dog is 20 minutes. I know because Ive done it before and this is also not his first rodeo at a freakin groomer. Get your stuff together Petsmart!

Horrible, horrible and horrible. They refused to take any accountability when Shorty my Pug/Chihuahua mix snagged his duclaw because they forgot or were just too lazy to trim them meanwhile they did trim his nails. Idiots. Shorty had to be rushed to an emergency animal hospital on Mansell Road where he lost 75% of his duclaw. Jerry on the other hand was kind and understanding but Tim was a condescending jerk with no respect and zero in the common sense department and I was trying to figure out why is he still working there but who cares I wont be stepping foot in PetSmart, not any PetSmart store ever again. Corporate can call me and apologize and then they should fire Tim..

Walked in, stood at the grooming counter for 10 minutes. No one said hello. No one said, Ill be there in a minute. Im not an unreasonable person, I could see the other dogs and would have waited. If someone had just acknowledged me standing there. After 10 minutes or so I left without getting my dog groomed. Ill never be back.

We just had to try this grooming salon after watching 3 groomers work on a single dog...and we are glad we did! They do an expert job, have never cut or nicked skin, my Standard Poodles look just great, and the price is waaay lower than we have ever paid for grooming in the past...I cannot recommend this salon highly enough!

Dropped off my dog to get groomed in the morning and told them to call cell phone when done. They called the house at 4:45 saying they couldnt groom him and to pick him up. They had left him all day wet and in the kennel. Got an attitude and refused to do anything about it or apologize. Will never shop here again.

Was put on hold on the phone for way too long while trying to make a bath appointment for my dog. The first lady I spoke with said they had multiple appointments available and then was put on hold again. Ended up they were booked the rest of the day. Will never go here.

Lifelong customer here - Why would 1 employee have to page others for aquatics 3 times in 5 minutes and Im still waiting? I left - and would be happy to pay twice as much for better service. #lazyasses
