Lived near this PETCO since it was built in 2006 and at first it was a DISASTER! The staff was mean, inconsiderate, and could care less about the animals and the business its self. Since then it is under new management, it shows too, the staff there is amazing. So nice and Informative. Like the last reviewer the animals were pitiful before I swore never to go back. Since then the place has had a complete turn around. And the Grooming Center is now wonderful. The workers are so kind and loving to the animals where as 3 years ago i feared leaving my pet with the hillbilly yahoos whom were all about speed and money. The place is so much better than when it opened!

My experience was horrible. Took my dogs here to receive their shots from the mobile clinic and my dog almost died. The tech was horrible. It seems as if my dog(Shih Tzu) had an allergic reaction to the shots and became unresponsive. He had to rushed to nearest animal hospital in Tyrone and then admitted to the animal hospital in Fayetteville. Did not let my other two dogs get shots. One of the staff member at Petco was helpful.

My dog is a very sweet husky and every time i take him to get groomed i get told how good he is. Today when i pocked him up from petco he was terrified and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible! I have never seen him so scared! He was bleeding from 2 of his nails! I am never coming back! He looks so sad and scared!

Very nice selection of dog supplies, cat supplies, small animals, reptiles and fish. Prices are higher than what you will find online, but you can actually see what you are buying. They do not sell dogs or cats, but they do allow rescue organizations to come and have adoption days.

Went to get a gecko and they had everything I needed for it and the staff was able to answer most of my questions, just couldnt tell the gender of it.
