First and last visit. I went in for loose mineral foundation. Miranda was very helpful but somewhat clueless. This neither bothered nor surprised me. She was such a doll. I decided, against my better judgement, to purchase her pick. The lighting there is horrible so I failed to notice that it was completely too dark. I went back to be rematched and unfortunately Kristen "helped" me at this visit. She should probably find another profession. She asked if I was currently wearing makeup. I responded "yes" and she promptly slapped loose foundation on my cheek. I had makeup on my hair, glasses, inside of my nostrils and all over my uniform. Grant it I am an OB/GYN so I spend most of my life in frumpy scrubs and sneakers but that doesnt mean that I want to walk around with makeup on my scrubs. I wouldnt have been so furious had Kristen not stood there unapologetically. She didnt even offer a kleenex so that I could clean myself. I finally just asked to handle the brush myself. I left both filthy and furious. I have absolutely no intention of returning.

I cannot express how unhappy I am with this location. Nobody ever greets me, nobody offers to assist me, I have to track cast members down or wait while cast members walk right by me to help customers they assume have more money. Joke is on you. Im a Rouge. I spend a ton of money with Sephora, but I will go out of my way to shop at the Kennesaw location rather than deal with the poor customer service at Cumberland. I came in today at 7:30pm, the store had maybe 10 customers total. I was prepared to drop $600 on the entire line of Sunday Riley products. Instead I left empty-handed after spending 25 minutes waiting on someone to help me while other cast members stand around chatted amongst themselves. Ill take my business to a location that trains its cast members better.

Typical Cumberland mall customer service. Ive been going to this mall off and on since I was in high school. I stood at a counter in front of a girl for 5 minutes only for her to keep turning away. Finally she asks if Ive been helped with an attitude. She was going so much out of her way to be bitchy that she stuttered asking me what I wanted. I asked to have my complexion matched and she asked for a colorist on her mic. After more than 5 more minutes, she and another girl scramble and whisper after making eye contact. Every girl there walked by and mumbled something about how they were making a sample of this or that and couldnt do it. I spent 15 minutes in total standing around with no service and ended up walking out.

This is the best Sephora I have been to. The difference between Ulta and Sephora is unreal. Instead of recommending the most expensive product that they offer, these people at this Sephora listen to their customers needs as far as products and recommend a few brands of varying price range. Give you samples with instructions on how to use the products correctly. I have started going to Ulta only once a year for pür products only. Super nice staff that once you start going in like every two weeks, they recognize you.

Customer service is awesome!! I asked a sweet lady (she has fun, colorful hair) for help with matching foundation colors and had a makeup artist (who was also very helpful) properly match me for Clinique foundation. I also got a ton of free samples at the counter! From high end concealer to Moroccan oil & Bumble & humble hair products!!

No one asked if i needed help. I finally asked to which i received a rude answer. They didnt carry what i was looking for so i was told "I guess its not at this mall at all." employee was rude for no reason. I walked a couple stores over and found what I needed at sears. I will not be going back to sephora.

Aside from being followed around the entire store (guessing they thought I was stealing) the service was ok... Ill be shopping online from now on... if Im going to be spending $100 or more at a time I would appreciate not to be treated like a thief

Im in this Sephora ALL the time. By far my favorite! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and if they dont know the answer to a question they go out of their way to find out. All around great customer service.

Great Customer Service. I was unhappy with the outcome of the lashes that was chosen and Katie stepped in and not only offered another choice but applied them and finished with extra service for finishing touch!!
