I just went in looking for Kat von d foundation and this girl just pretty much told me I couldnt handle it, it was too heavy and a bunch of nonsense. I wouldnt recommend sephora at all. How would I know what Kay von d is if I hadnt already known about it and what it was known for. Really upset about the matter. The girl made me feel 2 inches tall and that I had no business in that store. Nothing but a bunch of conceded bitches.

know what you are going for they will trick you in to buying items you do not need they gave my sensitive skin an anti aging chemical peel saying it was an exfoliant my skin hurts i had just went in for foundation and ended up spending 100 dollars for this they said i needed. i feel like a total rube. will try to take the acid they tricked me into bak tomorrow.

i had an awful experience. i felt extremely uncomfortable. the staff treated me like i was stealing stuff and would constantly stare at me and come up to me and ask if i need anything like every 3 minutes and they would follow me. i didnt do anything but they treated me like i did. i love sephora but this is ridiculous.

Got to the mall at 10 today to purchase a product and no one was working in Sephora. I had a girl from jewelry page someone, no one came. I just got to my car and called to see if they carried the product and thinking maybe someone would be there now, no answer!
