I had a horrible experience with these people. After booking an appointment weeks in advane and a confirmation voicemail, I show up just for them to tell me that they dont have me down for an appointment. Now I do understand that mistakes happen, but the manager and assistance manager seemed 100% unbothered. The manager did offer to start my makeup session, but warned me that she may have to step away here and there to assist customers. This wouldve been fine if it wasnt 11:00 am and my baby shower was at 1pm. Who wants to be late to their own shower because they dont have their stuff together? I ended up making a quick phone call to Dillards Estee Lauder and explained to them whats happening. She told me to come right over and shed do my makeover. The lady was very kind and promised to have me made up and out by noon. Never will I buy at Sephora again.

The staff in there are such snobs... No customer service. I shouldnt have to chase people down for help, especially when they are sitting around on their phone doing nothing and no one else is in there.i dont even get a greeting when I enter.... Every single time! I will go elsewhere from now on...
