I literally just walked out of sephora with nothing because I couldnt get anyone to help me. The first person to approach me wasnt helpful at all. She was supposed to be helping me find a countour stick. After I didnt like the first two brands because they didnt match my skin, she just walked off to go help another customer. The second woman to approach me said shed be right back to help me, 15 minutes later I am still walking around the store waiting on assistance. I just ended up putting everything Id gathered on my own back down. It really irritates me that there were more employees than customers in the store and I still couldnt get any attention

Waste of your time they dont know anything about their products its connected with JCPenneys if you return you get JCPenneys credit to women have no idea how to apply make up on waste her time and she has a really big ugly looking nose

I come here often, to do my facials. And its worth the drive, being none of the Sephora workers ever have an attitude, they actually want to work on you. And if you do the face cleansing, theyll do it at no cost to you.

Great selection to be inside of a larger store. Great customer service, nice rewards program, you can also use JCPenneys rewards. Upbeat music, clean store, well lit testing station, and good store layout.
