RUDE. I started shopping at Sephora instead. Unfortunately a few products i like arent sold at Sephora so i do still need to go to Ulta. But i honestly dread it every time. Almost everyone i encounter is rude, i feel like im bothering them when asking a question. I returned something once, with a receipt, and they treated me like a criminal. It was lotion that hadnt been used but smelled horrible. And while i was trying to return the item, the other employees behind the desk snickered, made comments and laughed at me for no reason. I try to avoid this place like the plague. Which is very unfortunate as i love their selection.

I just went there today meaning to buy quite a few products. Coming to this location can be a little stressful because theyre often out of my needed items and things can be difficult to find. The customer service is hit or miss, but today was an all time low. After looking 15 minutes to find my favorite brand not a single employee asked to assist me. When I finally found it, I was browsing the selection next to 2 employees bragging about not doing work and worrying about payroll. No one once acknowledged my presence so I found the products to purchase online.

I love Ulta and their points program. I also love that I can get anything from Urban Decay to Nyx to LOreal in the same store! What I cant find locally, I can get online, too. They have a ton of stuff in store though and I love my stylist Lisa. She does an excellent job on my hair and makes great suggestions on styling products. I used to get most of my cosmetics at Macys, but Id much rather get the Ulta points than plenti and now I dont have to counter-hop. I even get points for my salon visits!

The only reason I come here is because its the closest beauty store with everything I need, but the staff is ALWAYS super rude. Even my husband mentioned how rude they were the last time I was able to drag him in there with me. I asked if they had Mac in their actual store yet and they were like uh we dont carry Mac. Uhm... its on your website... oh. Yeah like straight up just treat you like youre an idiot.

Apparently I am not young enough, pretty enough and/ or skinny enough to be helped at the make up section in ULTA in Florence. Ive even tried going multiple different times and its always still the same thing. Ive even asked for help and they act like its a burden to help me. From now on I am just going the It website and order my make up directly.
