Ok, so here is my opinion on Woo. I use to shop there at least once a month , but quite frankly the store has become rather stale. There assortment use to be so great, and they still have wonderful lines but they dont bring in alot of newness. Also, I had really connected with the gentlemen who use to work there, you could tell he knew his products and was well traveled and cultured and he had the best style...i could really have wonderful conversation with him and all my friends loved him too, but one day he up and went and no one would really say what happened, needles to say i found out he started working as an artist for one of the lines. He does still come into woo sometimes... I was just so surprised that they let him leave. After 50 years he was the best artist I had encountered, from Bergdorf, Neimans, to Selfridges in London, he was the truly amazing. I hate to say but I find several of the ladies who work there to be not friendly and a bit rude. Sometimes I feel like they just want to get me in and get me out...the guy who worked there always always always would do my makeup and talk up the latest trend in skincare, although I usually would spend 1500 to 2000 each time, I was ok with it because thats why I like shopping boutiques because they guide you and make recomendations. Also the original store needs a freshen up, bathroom is dingy and there was a urine stain on the floor the last time I was there, which I find quite repulsive. All and all something is off with the store, I still go in from time to time, but it just seems to have lost its "mo-joe!!" It use to have this amazing vibe but I dont feel it any more. Also, I almost forgot, there was a young lady who was absolutely amazing as well, Im horrible with names but she had red hair, and she up and left too. She treated me like a queen! I had to be fair to the women, I almost forgot her. Believe it or not, most recently I have thoroughly enjoyed the new buckhead Sephora, as well as the blue mercury, they both have wonderful staffs! I was so surprised with Sephora but they usually always have people who are experts and actually work for the individual lines, melodie there is amazing. They really know the products and ingredients which I dont get at woo any more, I always feel as if Im being b.s. by the sales people there, or it feels like they are making up stuff as they go, especially by the girl from oversees. She can be rude as well as very condescending. Ok my rant is over! As you can tell I love makeup.

I have been to both locations and ALWAYS have horrific service. I always say I wont go back but somehow end up in a bind and cant make it to the mall. Go to Blue Mercury instead. Ive had several experiences from being flat out ignored, being brushed off and told they were out of my primer and then walking away with out an offer to order or simply a professional attitude. The last straw was a few weeks ago when I was in a rush and needed new foundation, powder and bronzer and wanted two of each one for home and one for trips. The man who helped me was nice (for once) but did a terrible job matching my skin tone. When I got ready to go to dinner that evening I used the products and the Nars foundation was nowhere near a color match for me. I went back the next day to return or exchange and the sales representative went over to the manager and whispered about me and the manager rolled her eyes at my return and said well I guess we can exchange it. The sales rep came back and said well what do you want instead... I asked her to pull me up in the system and find the Bobbbi Brown shade I had bought before. She acted like this was such a burden on her! Just dont go here... They dont even carry great brands like Dior, Chanel, etc...

The product are fine, staff are acceptably knowledgeable, but dont go in here unless you are dressed up in your lilly pulitzer and other trendy buckhead finery. Customers and staff alike are very aloof and judgmental. It makes me sick that this is the most convenient cosmetic store to my house because I really hate to give my business to a place that looks down their nose at me. Prices are a little bit marked up, but to be expected from a store that does consultations and what-not. Perhaps before I return I should get my street address tattooed on my forehead so they know Im only masquerading as a plebe. Also, they could use a wider variety of cosmetic lines.

Woo is a great concept thats been perfectly executed. This place is great. The staff knows their stuff, they carry the best lines and they REALLY know how to apply it. They can answer just about any question on any one of their lines. I also got a facial and it was super. Its so nice to not have to go to the mall and deal with parking when you just need some mascara! Wooo Hoooo!

Walked in, did not get acknowledged. Had to walk up to the counter and ask for help. Once I asked for the product I was looking for was told that they didnt carry it. Informed the person that their website stated they carried it and then the individual got snotty. Wouldnt go there again. Lack of customer service, and site is not updated with correct information.

When I was not greeted. After 15 minutes a woman approached and asked if I was "playing." The entire staff was rude and acted like we were not even in the store. When I asked a question about a product the woman was very rude and unwilling to help me. However, the brands that they carry were great products.

This place is fantastic! The products are high quality and the staff will bend over backwards to make sure your every need is met. You can tell they take pride in their customer service. I cant recommend this store enough to my friends. I will definitely be going back.

I have always had good service at Woo. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help you find a new look, product or idea. The store is lovely and clean in a convenient location with good parking and access. I highly recommend this store

I was amazed to read the review indicating that it was a shop with employees that looked down at her. I have found them to be terrific - knowledgeable, well informed and helpful.
