Even though this Ulta is closer to me, I always go to the Barrett location instead. If you have a question about an item or about the current sales going on, they literally have no clue, they have to call a manager out to answer the most simple questions, and everyone is slow to respond. The products are always unorganized and it is extremely frustrating. things that are on sale in the ad are not labeled in the store. They seem uneducated on all of their products and promotions. No one greets you, pays attention to you, or asks you if you need help. One time, I stood at the desk of the salon in the back to ask a question, and 2 employees kept walking past the desk and never once spoke to me. I would never spend money there. It is entirely different here than at Barrett. At Barrett, youre always greeted, the staff is always helpful and willing, if they ask the manager a question or look in the back for something it takes them 10 seconds, and they know exactly what is on sale without looking it up. They seem to know all of their products well and the staff has a sense of urgency that is consistent, no matter how busy. I will deal with the crappy parking and traffic any day on Barrett than go to Woodstock.

I usually HATE going to this Ulta in Woodstock Ga...however they received a new manager Candice and she was AMAZING!! For the first time in months i havent gotten frustrated and walked out of there becuase of lack of service. I usually wear Mac products but they are very expensive and i wanted to try other options. Candice helped me through picking a shade and gave me alot of advise of skincare and makeup brushes. I was completely sold and tried and LOVED items i would have never even looked at before. Thanks so much to whomever hired a new manager. This store has awesome products but with no one to help you most of the time you leave empty handed Kudos to ULTA Woodstock Ga and their new Associate manager for all the products and help!

This Ulta is great. Much better than the Kennesaw location. It is always well stocked within reason, obviously they may run out of a newly released item but they almost always have what Im looking for. The girls that work here are very polite and helpful and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. They are also extremely helpful with returns and exchanges.

The people there are nice, but Im not sure if they know more about makeup than I do. The store is missing some a lot of the more iconic brands such as Kat Von D, Bobby Brown, and Hourglass. It has a reliable selection of brushes though! If youre not CRAZY about makeup like me, youll be covered.

Want to walk out of there looking like a Million bucks? Talk to Victoria in the Salon, She is amazing, so sweet and does the best color I have had in quite some time! Plus she always has fun hairstyle ideas! Definitely a wonderful stylist and a great Ulta Store to visit!
