I do want to say I love this store and the variety of product. Today, I walked into my usual Sephora store. I bee-lined to the Sunday Riley skincare section knowing exactly what I was looking for because it was a repeat purchase. I was a woman on a mission. But I was pounced upon by a Beauty Advisor. Even though I said no thank you I dont need to see your product for acne prone skin because I already found what I came in for. She clearly didnt care who I was (a VIB Rouge customer, and going to this store for 15 years) and she said "oh but i want to show you this". And Im socially awkward so I nervously go because I have again been profiled as a poor acne prone girl who needs everyones help. If I was confusingly walking around not sure of what to do definitely help! But as a former Beauty Advisor I rarely went up to customers who were power walking and clearly checking a list on their phone. But today even though I knew what i was purchasing and have been a loyal VIB Rouge member I was still profiled as a know-nothing. Just because I went to Sephora while I was in the middle of a stress break out. I wish advisors would read the customer better - and not push product because thats the best way to make me not want it and to not come back. This is not the first time this has happened (hence my woman on a mission bee-line), and its really made me feel less confident in myself and what I look like.

I very rarely do reviews of places and services but today I have to do it due such a bad experience at this Sephora. I requested help from a staff member to help me choose a color of a foundation that I want to try. She just did a quick swatch on my chin and told her I didnt like the color. Then she said it was not her fault I had discoloration on my chin- which is not true- she did not offered any help to me find the right match and walked away saying it was up to me to pick a color. During this time she did not answer any questions on the product I wanted to try or even made any recommendations.This is not the first time that I come to this Sephora and find out their staff is quite rude. I wish Sephora would read these reviews and train better the staff to help customers.

I walked in specifically to buy primer but wanted help. There were at least 6 salespeople standing around and not a single one of them approached me to see if I wanted help even though clearly I was reading labels and testing products trying to decide between Smashbox and Laura Mercier. They seemed more interested in watching other customers in case of shoplifting. Totally put off by their lack of customer service. There was a line 5 people with only 1 cashier while the other sales people just stood around. Never going back to Sephora again!

The absolute worst Sephora I have ever been to. I went in with sister the other day and looked around. I asked a sales lady about a mascara and she literally rolled her eyes at me and talked to me like I was stupid for asking it. I had a similar encounter with another sales person about a skin care product. Extremely rude and It made me feel very uncomfortable. Hopefully they eventually have better customer service and learn to treat customers with more respect. I have never been to a worse Sephora than this one.

Certain employees at this location have attitude and as a customer, I should not have been treated the way I was when I came in. Employees do not have to be rude because I dont have to buy from there. I was treated in the worst way by a certain employee and it was not the first time she treated me like that. It happened 2 times before. They should want to keep, not lose, customers. Because of this, I can guarantee you I will never shop at this Sephora again.

The male casher with yellow hair is the worst casher I have seen. He give me attitude all the process, looks like he owe others a million dollars. He is not like other normal casher who ask customer if they want to use credits to exchange any gift, when customer ask about the gift, he is so reluctant to explain. His attitude makes people wanna to punch him.

I would like to start by saying I have shopped at Sephora since they opened at North Point. I have always been treated with a friendly and warm manner, every employee goes out of their way to service all requests. I also shop at the competitor but always love the knowlegable staff at Sephora. KUDOS! I have never been treated anyway but NICE!

Love this store! Especially all the skincare options and services! Ole Henriksen is my favorite skincare ever! And im obsessed with all the travel size options. Service is great too...if you feel your not getting the right service tell them in the moment...thats what i would do but hasnt happened yet!

I went in and asked two different people for help on choosing my shades, and they were very good on knowing which to pick for me. However, Leslie, who worked the cashier, acted like she didnt even want to be there. She was rude and impatient.

I was there today and a worker came up to me and said "you are not using a good foundation and you need to change your skincare routine" my face is fine have you looked in the mirror how bout you go change your skincare routine. Judge much.
