0 would be a better review for the "salon" at this Ulta. I was kept at the salon for 7 HOURS to go from brunette to highlights. The girl did 2 layers of full highlights and left the purple shampoo on my hair for too long so I now have a leopard and purple color going on. The foils leaked and now I have orange at the roots. I paid $122 plus left a $27 tip (which is too generous for what she did to me). I called customer service (5 stars) and she got me my money back and I told her I wanted the stylist to keep the tip since the stylist cut my hair without me asking her to to try to make up for the hot mess. Today I went to another salon for a consultation of how to fix this and they told me it will cost $150 to fix my hair and they informed me how bad my hair is. So, about an hour ago I went to the salon to get my refund back and the manager was completely unapologetic to my situation, kept talking over me and she denied me the full amount and didnt refund me back the tip. ( I had a change of heart about the tip since now I know how bad the situation is and how much it will cost me to get this fixed). I called customer service again and they where completely understanding and she told me that the manager had no right to tell me I couldnt get the full amount back, costumer service issued an electronic gift card with the $27 tip I had originally left and was very sweet about my situation. 0 - Salon and manager 5 - Costumer service

The store as a whole is pretty good.... Its always so hot in there. Not sure if the AC doesnt work or if its the lights but sometimes its so hot that its hard to breathe. The salon I am not a huge fan of. I got my hair done a year ago here and wanted an ombre balayge but the girl that did my hair (the manager I think) gave me foils and still charged me for balayge.... She told me next time I make an appointment to say I want highlights so its cheaper. Not sure why she would even charge me for balayge if she didnt give me that. Store OK Salon is a no.

Extremely High! ALOT of these Make up Brands-All be it they Mayyy be Good...Idk but Do Know theyre NOT better than Estee Lauder AND You can Go buy Estee Lauder in Macys...and is NOT Nearly as High as Alot of the Make up Brands inside of Ulta!! Ridiculous...If You want to Dominate the Majority of Women Who Buy Makeup an Will Continue Coming Back?? Youve gotta Make it Somewhat Affordable!!

Being racially profiled is not something I expect/ deserve when coming to buy my cosmetics. To be blatantly followed and watched is extremely insulting. An employee by the name of Bruce did that to me yesterday before I made a $100+ purchase and a another lady a few months ago. If Im not welcomed please dont take my money.

Hayley Candis is the most incredible hair artist! Forget stylist. The woman is so talented. She knows hair, hair color, products, the way your hair should be conditioned, treated, and so much more. All this time I thought hair color was bad for your hair!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got a hair cut there and it looks terrible!!!! Totally different lengths from front to back and the layers are hideous.
