I went here for a haircut. After waiting an hour past my appointment time I was taken back for my haircut. Long story short, I had to stop the girl in the middle of the cut because it was so visibly terrible. One side was WAY shorter than the other, the layers werent blended, and it was so uneven. Im so glad I didnt let her keep cutting and left and went elsewhere to have it fixed. When I showed the stylist at the other salon she was shocked at how terrible it was. At Ulta the manager was helpful but my hair was too far gone for me to trust anyone else there to "fix" it. I will continue to purchase make up here, but I highly advise avoiding the salon.

Went to get makeup for wife. Asked if I needed help right upon entering, but then head problems getting help earlier. Maybe I was just out of my element as a guy on a makeup store.
