Daughter bought a 2014 Hyundai w/ 17,000 miles, and was quoted manufacturers warranty of 10yr/100,000 miles... Salesman filled out paperwork incorrectly, so we had to cancel insurance and start a new policy so they could register it... We got home 30 minutes after picking up car, called asking about an airbag light on dashboard... Salesman became very defensive and told me to take it to Hyundai dealer... Really? Only owned car for 30 minutes!?!?!.... Hyundai dealer said only 5yr/60,000 mile warranty... Obviously salesman didnt know what hes doing..... 2nd salesman offering to sell me an avalanche and take my trade.... Made a deal on Saturday, calls me on Sunday stating that the owner wants me to kick in another thousand to complete sale.... Told them to keep their avalanche.... Will buy elsewhere....

These swindlers sold me a van that needed all tires replaced and refused to reimburse $800 of fixing tires and alignment less than one month after purchase. They dont care about you. They are far from good people, even though they are Jewish-owned. They break many of the commandments "613 Automotive" is named after. 613 Automotive should be shunned by all communities, even their own. They are a disgrace to Judaism and the community.

Im really happy with them but have to wait till April to see how the car is running? But the salesman was nice and really nice to talk to. Made me really comfortable. Update Oct. 7,2016 I still have the car and it still running good love my car. I drove it to Florida and it still working good. Update : March 21 and still driving the car. To bad they are not in Florida.

Did a lot of research about a passenger van for my family. Searched the Web and found the 613 group had the one we wanted. Made the trip to their Monticello location took it for a test drive. Was very pleased with the service from Will he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. My family loves the van, experience was great and Im glad we made the trip.

I cant speak for others but I must say my Experiance with 613 auto was great. I purchased a 2001 dodge ram last year. with over 140,000 miles. The truck still runs great. I recently just purchased a 2003 dodge ram 3500 in Dec. with 117,000 miles. The sales people are very warm and freindly and customer service is excellent. Would definately recommend to anyone.

If I could put 0 stars I would... BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy here, this place is horrible! Just like Tony said they sell high end cars that were damaged and swap out the engines with crazy mileage on them! My car had dry rotting brake lines, bad rotors, bad brakes, broken liquid reservoirs, a bad turbo, a LEAKING floor!!! Do not buy from here! I repeat DO NOT...!
