When I first found the car I was looking for, a mercedes c300, on the autolenders website it was in Voorhees nj. im located in toms river nj, so i called late one evening to inquire about the vehicle possibly being brought up to test drive, they said it was no problem at all, the very next day it was in toms river for me to take for a ride, i fell in love with the car, and also with auto lenders... the sales guy Michael Fantozzi was a pleasure to deal with, and totally related how a normal car buying experience is stressful and pressured, i did not experience any of that at autolenders, I had nothing but a great experience, everyone was friendly laid back, and it felt like I was just dealing with a regular person, not a high pressure sale. Mike was able to explain all the features of the car to me and really gave me time to look it over take it for a drive and check it entirely out. After I decided it was definitely the car for me and i wanted to take it, he talked to his general sales manager Chastin Savage, and got me a great simple car loan at an amazing rate, Chastin even came out to shake my hand and look me in the eye to thank me for choosing autolenders (not the typical guy behind the scenes at other car dealers). Once all the paperwork was complete I grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down with the Finance manager Jesse Vukas and he went over every detail of the finance agreement with me making sure I knew what I was signing, it was really a great overall experience and I would recommend anyone in the market for a car to check out autolenders first, and make sure you look up mike fantozzi, he was a great guy to deal with!

Normally I am not the review kind of person. If it takes time I tend to never get there. I felt I had to write something. I had such a great exp there I thought it should be stated in a public forum. Steve was my salesman and Brian handled the finance. Both Steve and Brian were fantastic! There was no pressure, they were very nice, no issues at all! I even had my 5 year old with me and they were fantastic about it and still managed to deliver service way above par. For the past 2 years I have been looking for a new car but left dealerships b/c I literally couldnt stand the sales staff inside the 20 minutes I was there. I came across Auto Lenders on-line and did an on-line application, recieved the come on in call and expected the same type of experience. I was very wrong! Not only was it fantastic but I would have walked out same day had I not needed to get my son some place but I was able to coplete the hey were professional, nice, efficient, even gave me access to go on-line to print the required check printouts as well as called and the insurance company with me providing the safety features while I was on the phone. I tell everyone I know who mentions buying a car to go there! The service center is also fantastic! I had an appointment same day, immediate service once there, car wash, and a replaced tire and all I went for was an oil change! Chris was great and clear on what was what. He had given me my maint schedule while I was there as soon as I u asked and with a smile. Front to back a wonderful place to buy and serivce your car! Christine

I would and continue to recommend Auto Lenders especially Toms River to all my family, friends and strangers! Eric Buser was my salesman and he was by far enjoyable to work with. Made the process not only easy but fun as well! Kept me laughing and processed everything the way I wanted it and what I appreciated the most he worked the deal to my best benefit. If the numbers didnt look right, he was upfront and honest about the entire process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian Dzio, Finance Manager, who also was a pleasure and explained everything to me simply enough for me to understand. I didnt feel taken advantage of like I did at a previous dealership. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lou Deservio, General Manager and Chastin Savage, desk manager. They all were warm and fun to work with keeping me laughing the entire time. The other salesmen were also very helpful as I walked by made sure I had a chair to sit in, or help at all times. I love this dealership, specifically Toms River location, but the company itself is a joy and comforting to buy such an important investment. Ive also had oil changes and service done here in the past and never an issue! Plus what you see is what you get! No price haggling. Love that!

In May, 2014 was my first purchase with Auto Lender’s. I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot. And I consider myself very lucky to have Jesse as my salesman. Jesse did a Phenomenal job helping me through the process, explaining details on the Pilot and going through all the paper work for this vehicle. Jesse also managed to get the car payment to fit my budget amount. I have contacted Jesse a few times since then with questions and he has always answered my questions quickly and treated me as if I was a good friend he has known for years. Through it all Jesse has been a true professional, and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Jesse to a relative or friend. I was also impressed with the service department. My brakes squeaked shortly after my purchase. The service department was great too, very professional and paid for a loner car for one day just so I can get to work that day. Since they would need my car for a few hours. And the repair was fixed with no charge since I brought in back in the allotted time frame if anything went wrong. And when they told me if anything goes wrong with it big or small during that time frame they will fix it, Auto Lenders meant it. When I purchase another car Auto Lenders will be first on my list.

We purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot from Auto Lenders and were extremely happy with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Our salesperson was Mr. Jesse Vukas. He was helpful, friendly, polite, patient and very thorough.When we finally found the car we were looking for, Mr. Vukas gave us the time we needed(over a week) to make a decision with no pressure. He maintained contact by telephone and completely understood when we couldnt show up on different occasions because of work schedules...very nice guy!!The entire staff was genuine and sincere and we never felt pressured or misled. The detail shop at Auto Lenders is unsurpassed. Their vehicles are in pristine condition. We looked at many used Pilots at other local dealerships and they were not cared for as well.Our financing was explained in great detail and all questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. We are very happy with our buying experience at Auto Lenders and would highly recommend a purchase there to friends and family.Thank you!

I had a great experience with the sales department. However, my haundi, 2009 with 30K on it has been in the shop more in the first month then with me. The brakes failed and almost cause me to get into a serious accident, they had to redo the electrical, I had paint peel of off it in the first week, the whole ignition system had to be replaced because my key stopped working and the TPMS light for tire pressure is always on and they cant figure out why. The car is covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. They gave me a rental car once which died on me and then I decided not to take a rental car from them from that point on. The manager of the service center, Chris, is very rude and unhelpful. He told me I had to wait a week to get an appointment to get my brakes fixed and to try not to drive the car. I had to go over his head to have the car towed there because he actually wanted me to drive there with no brakes! Stay away from the Auto Lenders in Toms River!
