I have to say, when it comes to auto-mechanics, Im always scared. Being a woman, and barely knowing anything about cars, Im at the disadvantage when I walk into any place. I bought my car somewhere else, but about 5 months in, it started having problems. Then died in my job parking lot. I have one of those motor clubs, and these were the people that towed me back to the house. The tow truck driver was nice and informative. So much so that I had my car towed to this place, which is NOT close to me. My motor club membership covered most of the trip, and these guys didnt charge me the difference, nice touch. They fixed the car, but unfortunately, the fix didnt take. They thought it was the battery, but on my way back home, the car stalled... in a hail storm.... on an exit ramp. They came and got me quicker then the cops got there to re-route. No joke. Because we were kind of in the middle of nowhere, and it was hailing, the driver had me get into his car with heat and wait for my ride to come. He was very friendly and professional the whole time, and very patient, understanding my ride was a little slow due to the storm. He brought it back to them, and they immediately took responsibility for their actions (surprising for a mechanic) and were very apologetic for my troubles. They fixed everything for just the cost of the parts because they felt so bad. And even gave me a warranty on their work. And because of the high price (replacing an engine is expensive) and the fact I am trying to go back to school, we even made payment arrangements so it can work within my budget. I have nothing but good things to say about the service, honesty, and integrity of this place. Very hard to find a mechanic like these guys. I just wish they were closer. But honestly, I think Ill drive far out of the way to ensure I get service like this again. I dont think Id trust anyone else.

I previously wrote a review about an experience I had that was less than favorable. It involved an incident I had this week with a tow and some damage being done to my car (as well as some other issues). I gave the company one star based on that experience and I would like to amend my review because of the way my situation was handled. Within a couple of hours after posting my review, I received a phone call from the owner Mike. He spoke with me in great length about my experience, listened to what I had to say and was truly apologetic. He even left his home on a Saturday night to meet me at the dealership where my car is and look at the damage and take pictures. And then assured me that my car will be fixed. I can honestly say that even though I had that experience in the beginning of this whole thing, the fact that the owners get personally involved to rectify the situation makes me breathe a lot easier. A big thank you!!!! ****UPDATE**** I had to give this company an extra star for making a terrible nightmare (not with your company but with my dealership itself) have a happy ending. Thank you again - I will absolutely recommend your company HIGHLY to anyone.

I had been looking for a Porsche 911 for about a year. I came across one that peaked my interest on Car Guru that was advertised by Certified Auto Mall. When I called to inquire about the car it had just been sold that day. The good news was that one of the owners himself had one that he was thinking of selling. After to talking to both Mike and Billy about the car and asking a lot of questions due to the fact there were no pictures or info on the web at this point, I felt comfortable enough to move forward. The thing is I live in Maine, so a little scary when you cant see touch or drive the car, but these guys said I would not be disapointed . So I bought a one way ticket to Jersey where I was greeted by a limo driver who brought me to the dealership which was about an hour away. I was greeted by Art the owner ( Mike and Billy were out of town), who was a great guy, as was Tony who I did all the paper work with. These guys are honest and truly want to make your experience a memorable one. The car was exactly as described. I got in the car and drove it home to Maine. Thanks to everyone at Certified Auto Mall. Matt, the manager of the Tow Service Department, went out of his way to resolve an otherwise problematic situation. He delivered my car to my usual auto service establishment very early on a Saturday morning (7:00 am). He called me when he arrived there, as he noticed that the office appeared as though the company was in the process of moving. Rather than just leaving my car there, which would have resulted in my having to call for another tow Monday morning when I eventually realized the auto repair company was no longer in business, Matt took the initiative to contact me to advise of the situation, and assisted in locating another local auto repair etablishment that could service my car. He then delivered my car there. Before concluding, he again called me to confirm that the car had been safely delivered to the new establishment, and that he had written a note for the service department regarding the problem with the car and left the note with the key. Matt went over and above what I would have expected, and never looked for additional charges for the second tow. Thanks for everything Matt!

Brought my 2004 Honda Civic in today to get brakes replaced. It turned out that I needed both front brake pads AND rotors. Luckily the service manager, Dave, called me & let me know beforehand, and also told me to call him back to give the O.K. to go ahead with the work. Sure enough, I gave him a call back. The brakes are fantastic & the car feels even better to drive now. Paid well under what I did at another major dealership (Im assuming they screwed me over). Also, the amount of courtesy & professionalism is unlike any other place Ive been to. They even thank the customer for calling & mentioning the excellent reviews! Will definitely be back if & when my car needs more maintenance! Thank you SO much to Dave & Bill!

Best experience Ive had with auto repair in 35 years. Dave, the service manager was great!! He called me several times and kept me up to date on everything that was going on.Actual price came in lower than estimate!!! I finally found an auto repair that I really felt good about. Art, the owner, picked me up at my house to get my car because I had no way of getting back to shop.Thats customer service. I highly recommend you take your car there for service (tell them Sandy with the red mustang sent you) and I will definitely go back again for service.

This place is beyond top notch. They are honest, kind, and respectful and also listen to you which as you know many dealerships dont. I have bought 2 cars from them and both were well conditioned and running. Sales people were exceptional and worked with the numbers we can afford and be comfortable with. Also I take my cars there for service and its again beyond top notch and prices are unbeatable. I will continue and forever use Certified Auto Mall for every car need I have. Lastly, you cant beat their slogan,"Relax, its Certified."
