I had a few issues with my purchase at Zoom Auto. I was interested in a 2007 Honda Civic and sent and email and called to make an appointment to come see the car. Unfortunately I called on New Years eve and they were closing easily but I was told I could call after the holidays to make an appointment to come see the car. I called two days later after emailing to make sure the car was available, which according to them it was. I was told there was already a hold deposit on the car and it was no longer available. I was upset with this due to the fact I had just spoken to someone there who informed be the car was still available and did not let me know I could place a hold deposit on the car. I expressed my concerns on this and was told they would look into it and give me a call back. I received a call back letting me know someone had put a hold deposit on the car but the sale was not able to go through so the car was now available BUT apparently they had posted an incorrect listing price on the car and it was really worth $1000 more than what was initially posted as the price. As strange as that sounded I was still interested in the car and placed a hold deposit on the car. When I finally went to go see the car I made sure to bring my dad with me to ensure there was nothing wrong with the car. He test drove the car and let me know the car was making sounds a car of the year 2007 should not be making. He thought a wheel bearing needed to be repaired and it seemed like the transmission might have been making a noise. I was leary of making a purchase if there was something wrong with the car and was having second thoughts. I expressed my concerns to the manager who was very willing to have what was wrong with the car fixed. I agreed to make the hold deposit for the car nonrefundable in exchange the car was sent to theyre mechanic to be diagnosed and fixed. I received a call within a few days letting me know the car was ready to be picked up and the only things wrong with the car were the wheel bearing, power steering, and the firewall needing to be replaced. Once again I went prepared to purchase the vehicle only to find that the wheel bearing was still not replaced. Everything else seemed to have been fixed so once again the car had to be taken to the mechanic to be fixed. A couple days later I received another call letting me know the repair was completed and I could pick up the car. My bf had test driven the car before I came there with my father in order to avoid another wasted trip up to the dealership. He let me know the car was not perfect but it seemed to be okay. I admit he is not a mechanic and I probably shouldve had my dad look the car over again but after so many trips back and forth I just wanted to get the sale over with considering my deposit was now nonrefundable. The purchase was made and I took the car with me with its imperfections as highly priced as it was. Today my dad took the car to change the breaks only to find the wheel bearing WAS NOT repaired. The manager did give me a 30 day warranty to ensure the work on the car had been done correctly but due to the fact that this repair was attempted to be done twice and apparently was either not done or was done incorrectly I will definitely not be going back to take advantage of the 30 day warranty. I would rather pay for this fix myself and know it is going to be done correctly. I would not purchase another vehicle at this dealership and I hope there is nothing else wrong with this car besides the brakes and rotors needing to be changed, the car needing new tires, not having a spare tire, the wheel bearing not having been repaired, and there being cigarette burns in the interior of the car. This makes the 9995 listing price of the vehicle ridiculous especially because of those additional fees such at the internet fee of 200 for "having the lowest price in the country". Hope others have a better experience.

looked into this dealership website interested in 2012 Lancer GT. The Car had low miles 46k to be exactly, and was 1.5k under market value. I called them up talked to lady receptionist (dont remember her name) ask if they still had the car in inventory. she assured me that it was still available. I set-up an app to test drive, and explained to her i live about 45 minutes away dont want to take the drive for nothing. So i drive up there only for one of the salesmen to tell me a customer came in put a deposit and took the car to his personal mechanic 15 mins ago. I was annoyed The fact no one called me, and notified me about the situation. salesmen ask me if i was interested in another vehicle, but me being angry i just told them they wasted my time and left. about 2 weeks later I saw the same car still on their site. giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the salesmen didnt know i was coming. I called once again, and spoke to salesmens that i was coming to see it, and I even asked what happened to the person that put a deposit. salesmens made a story up about how the person said they had their own loan but he lied and couldnt get approved. so now this is my second time driving up there. I am greeted by the detailing/mechanic guy? great person really blunt , nice, and seemed honest. he is really the only real reason why this review has two stars. he shows me the car first thing I notice right of the bat is the car has huge cigarette burns on all seats in the vehicle but not just one or two but about 6-7 burns. Next the rims were damaged due to the previous owner not knowing how to park properly, paint had bunch of scratches everywhere, and front car emblem was missing. The website pictures made it seem like this car was super clean(not the case)I thought that the emblem was painted over .. no its actually missing. so thats not even the best part I test drive it, and come to find out the tranny was shot it would grind loud at second gear. Now it all made sense to as why the person with the deposit didnt buy this junk. I pulled back up to the lot to see the salesmen eating his sandwich outside. first thing he says is " what if we can service that, and add a warranty on it." I quickly denied that offer you could tell he was full of it(literally). I didnt want to waste my time any more then I already have with these people! Theyre sketchy, and selling lemons (well at least the vehicle I saw) I will never walk into this place again, and I hope this review helps someone out. PLEASE DONT BE ME AND WASTE YOU TIME! FIND A PLACE THE VALUES YOUR BUSINESS.

Bad quality cars - be careful for what you pay We recently bought a used car, Audi A6. The service initially was great. Nice people, friendly communication via phone and email. We only had a short amount of time to buy a car. We payed a significant amount of money for a used car of 2006. Everything looked ok and we picked up the car. They also sold us an insurance, which looked convincing. They ensured us the car was checked and in perfect condition. The testdrive didnt show any flaws, so we trusted the salesmen. Although there was a small hall in the tire, we had it fixed ourselves and didnt want to bother Zoom Auto Group. When we then took it to the MVC, it didnt pass the exam. We had it inspected by an Audi dealer and we were told it needed immediate maintenance. Of course we realize this was probably lower if we went to an alternative garage, but it at least told us we had bought a car that was not in good condition. We also checked the Carfix report with the Audi dealer and there was no maintenance done earlier this year. We called Zoom Auto and then the trouble started. They said we signed a form agreeying we could not claim the standard 30 day warranty and they could not help us. In the process of buying a car, they have not clearly explained this to us. You get a lot of papers to sign and dont expect them to let you sign such a form. Yes we agreed to buy the car in the state as is, but since they explained the car was checked and in good condition, we expected this to be ok. After multiple calls and emails they agreed with a check at a garage of their choice, to get it passed the MVC exam. This was a minor fix, not even on the list of the total repair cost. The warranty they sold us didnt cover anything, so that money was gone too. After explaining them we had no other choice than to take legal steps, they agreed to pay for the small repair (fix a indicator light in the dashboard) to pass the MVC test. They simply refuse to do anything about the rest of the repair cost. Please be aware if you buy a car from Zoom Auto Group.
