THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM..... STAY AWAY!!!! I normally dont write reviews on places, but I feel like no one should have to go through getting their hopes up, with their false advertising.. 1.) Everyone is NOT approved... basically if you can get approved here you can get approved at a regular dealership... I went in there w/ a job history of same job for 7 years, no bankruptcies, no foreclosures, no repossessions, a little above low credit score and still could not get approved.... And they had me sit there for 3 1/2 hours before calling us over to tell us that we could not get any loans... (As soon as we came in we filled out the papers, and waited for an answer for all that time..never test drove anything) 2.) All their cars were at least 30k+ - 60k+ miles on them already, and for $ 17,800 - 24,000 (even seen some cars for $30k - 43k w/ about 56k miles on them already) 3.) They were talking about their car payments starting at $350. - $450.00 a month even without checking credit... And the interest rate was EXTREMELY high 14+%... 4.) The mgr Mark was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT.... They all have attitudes like they deal w/ a certain type of clientele, and are ready to get nasty with you if they have too... 5.) In the end they basically told me that I need @ least $2000 and a Cosigner to be considered for a car... 6.) If your reading good reviews about this place its because those clients had pretty decent credit... Everyone does not get to drive away w/ a car ☹️ Please read these reviews... It is actually as bad as the previous customers say... Like I said I dont normally write reviews, but in this case... It seems extremely necessary to let people know, that this is not a very nice place. 7.) To top everything off I should have known this place was shady because they didnt even have air conditioning (They said walk outside, then come back in and you can feel the coolness (How Ridiculous] ) Honestly, it was a complete waste of time, but everything happens for a reason because I would have felt horrible to give them any of my hard earned money... I could only imagine what type of actual car nightmares I would have had.... I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership... TOTAL SCAM!!!

I actually wasnt the buyer of the vehicle, the purchase was actually made by my wife and daughter. I felt skeptical at first having the two of them go out by themselves to purchase the vehicle, because well even in this day and age I still felt that my two girls were going to be taken advantage of. Nick was their sales guy. They made the purchase, nick actually took the time to call me up WHILE they were making the deal...my wife had already agreed the terms he came up with for them, but he was still a gentleman enough to call me up and make sure I also knew the numbers....he gave me all the details, he took another 20 minutes of his time to make sure that I was kept in the loop and knew everything that was going on. This was my wife and daughter first buying experience, and I knew that both of them were nervous, but my wife had nothing but praises for him when she came back and told me about her experience. My daughter Loves her Ford Fusion. He took the vehicle back into service because there was a light on in side of the car, it ended up only being tire pressure which he filled up for them. I came in the next day to sign the rest of the paper work that needed to be signed in my name....He instantly knew who I was because I drove the car they purchased.....It didnt feel like it was the first time we were meeting because of how at ease and comfortable he made me feel. I sat with him for a bit and he just went over all the paperwork which he did over the phone with me the day previously but it was nice to see it face to face. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other folks who are looking to purchase a vehicle. If you have blemishes on your credit, I know that they will exhaust all options and go over all the hurdles in order to get you into a vehicle. They were superb. Im going to be coming back with my daughter younger brother who is already giving me a headache about getting a car. So look out nick!, were coming back for seconds!

This is the worse mistake my husband and I ever made ,personally we think they dont even deserve a one star. The only one who was professional was the salesman man he deserves to be working in a better environment. Its filthy, smells and they are liars,had me sitting there for four hours suppose to be fixing on my breaks never touch them sounds worse then they did before I brought it there they also lied about washing my car, vacuum inside put the paper mats down and said they washed it .my spirit told to wipe the front bottom of the car dirt and break fluid on my finger also the hood dirt. I called one of the employee out they did the same thing and said Mrs Im sorry . I brought that car back three times they did nothing but had me sit there for ours and lied told me it was fix loud noise in front of passing er side they put they AC on and said they did not here any thing. Now we have to pay out our pocket to take it some where else to get it fit its not drivable. One of the lady in the finance department was very unprofessional (GATO ) . We got approve for letter interior and sun roof they told us to lie to the bank and say yes we receive it. I told them no Im not going to hell for yall. In the waiting room numerous customers stated same thing. Took our car for less then what they advertise. I RATE THEM FOR THE WORSE CAR DEALER EVER. PAYING THIS CAR OFF FULL IN CASH IS GOING TO BE THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE, I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO BUY A CAR FROM LOMANS. AND HAD A NERVE TO ASK US FOR A CHECK ,WE WILL NEVER GIVE YALL OUR ROUTING NUMBER FOR WHAT SO SOME CROOKED PERSON IN THAT OFFICE CAN STILL OUR IDENTITY LIKE YOU RIP THE BANKS OFF. CHANGING OUR PAPER WORK ADDING MORE MONEY. YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO BUST HELL WIDE OPEN .IF YOUR AN EMPLOYEE AND A TRUE HEARTED CHRISTIAN GET OUT OF THEIR BECAUSE YOU WILL BE A COUNTABLE. So one day I randomly came here JUST LOOKING . Long story short same day left with my new car. Garrick helped me with great and kind service so on his part I would give five stars BUT this review is not about his service its about their BAD BUSINESS . So BUYERS BEWARE. That day I traded in my old car for some down payment and they wanted more for down payment FINE . I was told I could write a check out for future for about 1,500USD now I didnt think anything of iT, it was my first time buying a car. I didnt have my own checks on me at the time so I told them I can give them one of my mothers until mine came in the next day because they were pushy about getting the check within 24 HRS. When I went to replace the check with my own I asked for the old one back so I can void it and it wouldnt get cashed ..AND THEY SAID SORRY WE LOST IT! HOW ARE YOU SO DISORGANIZED THAT YOU LOSE A 1500USD CHECK?????? That was stapled to a bigger paper !!!!!!!!!!! NOW THEY SAID BRING THE BANK STATEMENTS SO WE CAN REFUND YOU BACK FOR THE STOP PAYMENT ON THE OLD CHECK . Gave them another chance brought the bank statement and then they told me wait a couple days for a check to pick up. WAITED OVER A WEEK NEVER GOT A CALL . So I called and asked about it FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY LOST THE BANK STATEMENTS TOO!!!! Now the guy who dealt with all this paper work was MARK and he tried to blame it on Garrick when mark was the one I handed to the paper work to!!!!! Mind you Garrick left that job previous to that because I reached out to him on personal cell. THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS SITUATION . I also have proof of voice mails they have left me regarding these SERIES OF EFFED UP EVENTS. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE I WILL TELL THEM TO KEEP DRIVING PAST EVEN IF THEY SEE THE CAR OF THEIR DREAMS THERE!
