I purchased a 2008 VW GTI from Adam, who seemed very nice, and I was assured that the car had been tuned up and thoroughly inspected. IT WAS NOT. I have already had to spend $2,300 on repairs and the car has left my wife stranded twice. I made the 3 hour trip to Prime Auto on 3 separate times to have them fix things that were supposed to be covered by the 30-day powertrain warranty, but they never fixed all of the problems that they said they would. When I confronted Ron, the owner, about this and gave him a chance to make it right, he said that it wasn’t his fault and that he could only refund me $250. After that he started dodging my calls, wouldn’t respond to emails, and he never sent the check he promised. These are the things that I have had to replace on the vehicle: Engine Mounts Transmission Mount Timing Belt Headlights (They didn’t even bother to see if the headlights were working before they sold the car) Battery (Died within a week of owning the car) Starter Coils (I was told that they had been changed, they weren’t) Spark plugs Air filters

I bought a car cash, which was a wreck. The test drive was fine, and so was the trip back to ny...the next day the car was making a bunch of noises... Turns out it had both front wheel bearings cracked, a leaking oil pan, a bad tranny, and it has needed a brake fluid flush, power steering flush, and oil change for who knows how long... Horrible car for 7000$ cash. the worst part is that i asked them if the car was serviced and ready to go or if i needed to fix anything and the salesman assured me the car was mechanically in great condition.... Which was a lie... I would have paid them to fix it if they were honest about it before i took it home.. I wasnt trying to haggle the price either. I was just trying to make sure the car was reliable. Definitely going to a certified dealer next time. Id rather pay more and make sure i dont deal with thieves who sell you cars that should be in a junk yard.

Adam was a very friendly, nice gentleman. Listen, buying a used car is not always a win, win. You cant garuntee the previous owner took care of it so some issues may chine after driving it a few miles. Unfortunately, I discovered a problem with my brothers car he bought from Adam. Luckily, after talking with Adam he was generous and kind enough to have his mechanic check it out and fix the issue free of charge. He isnt intending to make a quick sale, he is in it to gain his customers trust and loyalty even if it means taking a minor hit on a repair. He had competitive, fair pricing. Not the greatest home run deals, but definitely fair and reliable cars he has to offer. I think the extra peace odd mind is worth it. [ purchased 2006 Dodge Charger]

Dont ever buy from here... As soon as I got my car home check engine light came on, called dealer they said to bring it back and they would make it right they had it for 3 weeks only fixed a brake light they reset engine light got it home engine light came back on it was leaking oil 2 quarts a week, couldnt pass inspection, all wheels cracked or bent tires wouldnt hold air, they took it back to fix it had it for a month they fixed nothing so I called the warranty place they said the warranty that they charged me for was invalid they never filed it... Ron the owner said he would make it right I kept calling him he stopped answering. Car doesnt run now couldnt ever get it inspected and he never made it right....

Their staff is very obnoxious, pushy and arrogant. I have the emails to prove it! Dont trust their ratings! Many of their "5 star reviews" are from "1 review accounts"! Clearly these are fake - why would anyone create a google account to post ONE review in their life - for a used car place? LOL! Ive flagged them to Google to investigate. We had been interested in a car they had listed. The specs and price were ok, and the carfax looked clean. We then spoke with a dealership who had serviced this exact vehicle - they told us to "run away" from this car.

Fantastic people very up front honest exceeded expectations thus far. Did everything we negotiated into the deal. The front leather seats and arm rest in this Pilot were in really bad shape as negotiated Ron sent them out to be reworked and they came back looking fantastic. Ron (owner) and John (sales) are good guys not your typical 2nd tier auto market sales people. very respectful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend their dealership. I purchased a 2005 Honda Pilot EX-L 123K from them, picked it up 4/7/17.

At Prime Auto I dealt directly with Adam. He made himself available to answer all my questions and did not over sell the vehicle of my choice. After making the sell his service did not end there. He offered his personal number for me to address any questions afterwards. Since the date of purchase, I may have called 3 more times and not once did Adam make me feel like he was bothered but on the contrary he was willing to assist. Good for getting my sons first car. I told them what I was looking for and the price range and he had it, a reliable Camry. They provided free Carfax and let me take it to my own mechanic to look it over before I purchased it. Ive known many people who purchased cars from Ron G when he owned it as Hemlock over the years and has a good reputation, seems like hes still in the business adding some new partners. Id buy a car from them again.

This place gets zero stars. Worst dealership ever.... bought a vehicle from here and the transmission blew in less then a month.... I called them several times with no response. Finally get a response and they say they will repair the car but I have to pay for the parts, and then they just stopped responding all together. Save yourself some time and money and do not buy from these thieves..... unless you want a really big paper weight.

Prime auto is a great Car dealership! I saw a 2004 Nissan Murano on face book selling for a good price. I contact them, a guy name Garbiel was very nice I gave him an offer he told me come down instead and see if I like it test it out and everything and we can take it from there. Great customer Service, Nice people, very pleasant and gave me a good price. Thanks Garbiel thanks Ron you guys rock
