Friendly, family owned. Always greeted with a smile. Theyre quick and hospitable when it comes to service, they even let me bring my dog into the waiting room. I also purchased my car from them. I didnt get a warranty, but I did get a 30 day guarantee. I heard a knock within a week or two of purchasing my car and they took it in to check it out for free, and assured me that the "knock" was an unfortunate "feature" of this car, supplying me with the notice from Honda that stated the same. Had it been a real issue, they were prepared to take care of it. I also really like the credit union that they use for financing, Im paying very little in interest. I recommend both sales and maintenance from Dawson Motors!

This company is terrible. Had a nightmare relationship trying to purchase a car with them. Make sure to check your fact and get all the paperwork before you pay them anything, if you are desperate enough to want to deal with them. Stay away from any internet or online transaction.

Had some front end parts replaced that needed replaced 1 yr later. Other place said that the parts that were "supposedly" replaced were the original parts and had never been touched. Showed them to me and they were definitely not replaced!

Sold a known LEMON to my son. I knew the previous owner had returned it as a LEMON. They made good later, but should have done the necessary repairs before they resold the known LEMON!
