My experience at Madison Jaguar was excellent from start to finsh. I just purchased a 2013 AWD XF. My main sales contact, Sheena T., was extremely helpful and exceptionally PATIENT with me. As this is the first new car Ive purchased in over 10 years, I did tons of research and was very methodical. After visiting many dealerships representing many different brands, including Audi, Mercedes and Cadillac, I found Sheena was the only saleswoman to really take the time and effort to understand my needs and concerns. I found her to be a true partner in what turned out to be a 6-month long search. She knew the cars well and soon enough knew exactly what I was looking for. As time passed by from our first contact, she updated me on any new offer Jaguar was promoting and on any new or pre-owned inventory that fit my criteria. She never tried to upsell me or sell me models that I didnt want just to make a sale, which I appreciated. The price of the AWD model was just proving to be too high for me. Just when I thought I was going to wait until late autumn for the new Cadillac CTS to arrive, she contacted me with a fantastic offer that I could not refuse. The pricing was almost too good to be true, but she was true to her word. There was no b.s., no hidden charges or fees. Had she not called me, I wouldnt be driving this wonderful XF right now. I feel like I really lucked out to have such a thoughtful saleswoman. Michael M. helped sheppard me through the final sales process and was very professional no-nonsense as well. Terms and conditions were laid out clearly and concisely. While financing papers were being drawn up, he gave me a thorough run-down on all the pertinent features of the XF that probably saved me about 3-4 hours of car manual reading. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Jaguar. It was a flawless hand-off from Sheena to Michael, and I hope the transtion to the service department will be just as smooth.

I highly recommend Paul Miller Jaguar in Madison. Love the car, and under Paul Miller, the customer service effort is very strong. My 2011 XJL 5.0 Supercharged, purchased in September 2014 recently went through a scheduled service interval at approximately 47,000 miles. This is an exceptional vehicle, drives fantastic and has been 100% reliable. This was the final service under the original warranty, including replacement of brake pads and discs under the platinum warranty, and various other minor adjustments such as sunroof and door handles. The service advisor, Kevin, was very thoughtful in answering my questions regarding long-term maintenance. I typically exceed manufacturers requirements regarding fluid changes and other preventative maintenance items. Kevin suggested various options to maintain my vehicle according to my style of driving, long term ownership objectives and maintenance budget. We agreed on an optional top-end cleaning (common for direct injected engines), while delaying other items. For example, I requested his view on transmission fluid change, a lifetime fluid for the ZF 6-speed autobox. He recommended that we not change at this time unless the technicians found issues in test drive. One major fix was needed, ultimately requiring the replacement of the steering rack. Kevin and the head technician Don spent quite a bit of effort ensuring that the vehicle was perfect. There were no issues under the CPO warranty coverage. My vehicle was returned clean and ready to go. I was provided with clean and quality loaner vehicles during the repair process. I was provided regular updates on the status of vehicle repairs and my wait times at the shop were non-existent or very short.

By far the best car buying experience to date. Of all the dealerships Ive done business with, this experience was the perfect experience and how ALL car buying should be. My father was interested in a gorgeous XJ8 L, and so I went to the dealership with him and met with our salesman, Chris, who is by far one of the kindest gentleman weve had the pleasure of dealing with. He showed my father the car, was extremely helpful and patient with his questions, and did not keep us waiting for any amount of time. George, also one of the kindest gentlemen weve had the pleasure of dealing with gave my father an absolute steal on the car. He took the time to explain the recent work that was done by their service department, and he too was thoroughly helpful with all of his questions and concerns. As though that couldnt top it off, Andreas made the payment process an absolute breeze, again, one of the kindest gentlemen weve had the pleasure of dealing with. I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience, especially for my father. This dealership has an excellent reputation in my book and Ive had the pleasure of doing business with them when I purchased my XJR sedan. 100% professional, kind, courteous, and all around great people who treat their customers right. To top it off, theyve got an F-Type SVR, perfect spec and color combo smack dab in the middle of the showroom...BUY IT! Thanks guys!

Horrible service experience with this place. They removed my jaguar transmission and farmed the repair out to a local shop called Rose City Transmission in Madison NJ. I had the same experience as another Google review written by David C for this place. They did a bad job as the transmission failed after 16 months and 15,000 miles. The Owner/manager Joe was combative and denied his shop even did the job in the first place. After 3 days of providing paperwork proving that he did the BAD repair, he then claimed that the warranty was only for 1 year. This is a lie as he told me the warranty is 3 years on his work. He also claimed that I drove the car too fast and that the tires were bald. He likes to play games and not back up to his bad work. A $4,240.35 repair was a joke and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Madison Jaguar offered no remedy for subbing my car out to a bad place except to have the nerve to offer to put in a junk yard transmission for roughly $3,000. I would never recommend their service department as they billed out the job and took no responsibility. They seemed more interested in saying the work only had a one year warranty even though its three. My backup for this is a post written a year ago with the same exact story.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have purchased a pre-owned BMW from them in September of 2016, paid full price $15K. Literally as soon as I drove out of the lot in it Bluetooth falure warning light comes on. I gave it right over to the gentleman that sold me the car and he said hed fix it. About 2 days later without a car he told me the system is ok and the problem is I wasnt opted in for BMWs "roadside assistance" service for which I had to pay for through bmw, I foolishly agreed with what he said and picked my car up when it was ready. About a month later I was very suspicious of it (because the Bluetooth system still didnt work) and decided to take my car to BMW themselves to get their opinion, payed $120 to diagnose the issue and they told me the Bluetooth computer was fried completely and was about a $1,300 fix! I tried calling paul miller jaguar again to see if they could resolve this issue and and they said they couldnt and the car was out of warrenty. WTF! So now the car in which Ive paid full price for has a busted computer since day 1 and would like this issue resolved...
