We have purchased several cars from the wonderful folks at Precision Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Most recently, this past weekend we went back to see our favorite car salesman ever, Mr. John Leonhard. We were "just looking", but not really. We wanted to add a four-door car to our family. Mr. Leonhard not only helped us find a beautiful one right away, he made sure we had a test drive to ensure it was a good fit, then he took us through every aspect of it and taught us all its features. There is never, ever any pressure from Mr. Leonhard. I swear, if I had a tremendous garage like some of the sports players do, Id buy a car every week from him. He is extremely trustworthy and plays no games and really looks out for us with each purchase. I also highly recommend Matt the manager and Joe the finance guy. Both finance guys are wonderful, weve just worked with Joe the most. Matt the manager negotiates the price fairly, no games. I have friends who sell these cars in other states and I know base costs etc and with Matt you get the best price he can give. And then to Joe the finance guy. I tell you, he goes right for the option with the most rebates, best rate, best terms. Im a very critical person and research everything to death before I do it, but with these folks we are in expert hands and always come out with the best deal. How often when you buy a car can you say the next day, week, month, year even a couple of years later still smile about it? We do, because we shop here with these wonderful experts. I was saying to my husband, I feel like this car dealership is family. They are fantastic people and really know what they are doing and how to take care of their customers. Thank you John (see John Leonhard, you will be so happy!), Matt, Joe and Pam (the lovely woman who handles the records), and the rest of your great staff. We really appreciate the way you look out for us!

A bit of advice for car shoppers based on my experience: "Dont buy a Chrysler 200 (or any other chrysler product), and, if you dont follow that advice, dont buy one from Precision Chrysler in Butler. Heres why. At about 17,000 miles, my new car developed a shifting irregularity that was characterized by an audible "clunk" and jerking sensation in "stop & go" traffic. The dealers response to this was "We dont have a fix for this situation. We cannot fix what Chrysler Corp engineers have not addressed. There is nothing they can (or will) do. I need to work directly with Chrysler Corp on this matter." WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT THAT THE PLACE I BOUGHT THE CAR ABDICATED ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADVOCATING A RESOLUTION OF MY COMPLAINT. I spent the next two months "chasing" customer service at Chrysler Corporation. Their response was characterized by disbelief and disregard for my complaint, and calls and contacts that were not returned. In the meantime, Chrysler Corp did deploy a software update to the system that, once installed, did reduce (but not totally eliminate) the observation of irregularities in shifting. Chrysler Corps final word on the matter is that the vehicle is operating as designed. They offered to facilitate a "good deal" on a trade-in for another Chrysler vehicle (do they think Im stupid?) WELL, I GOTTA TELL YA, IT DIDNT OPERATE LIKE THIS WHEN I TEST DROVE THIS VEHICLE WITH A OVER $35,000 PRICE TAG! The entire ordeal has been frustrating and totally unsatisfactory. Makes me wish that I never bought this car. What may have started out as a "good deal" on a new car is going to cost me in ways I never expected.

I bought a 2008 Ford Exployer on Jan 4th, 2014, I also took out an warranty on this vehilce to the tune of $2800.00. From a company called Premiere Dealer Service. I would never buy a used car again from this, nor would I ever tell anyone to buy a 3 yr warrranty. This dealership will tell you anything you want to hear while you are buying the car, but look out after you buy it. My vehicle is a LEMON, I just tried to bring it to them to fix, and they didnt want to look at it , so there great service department said take it over the Route 23 Automall they are a ford dealer and we are not, and they will fix it..........Well after 9 days being there and playing games with them, and this warranty company the only that got fixed was a front wheel hub. I took the vehicle there for several problems, transmission, transfer case, hub. Well it was only going to cost me my $100.00 according to the contract. WELL IT COST ME OVER $800.00 FOR CAR RENTAL AND FROM THE AUTOMALLL, AND MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT FIXED, MY TRANSMISSION IS BAD AND SO IS THE TRANSFER CASE. Dont buy a used car from them, keep on going. Or you are going to wind up like me. With a lemon ................................... On Tuesday Sept 23, 2014 and spoke with the dealer and a saleman, but this is what they said to me, They will give me $8000.00 for my car, I paid $11, 750, 8 months ago. they said I have too many things wrong with my car, and cant pay anymore for it. Guess what you sold it to me this way...................... I spent over $3,600.00 for a warranty and gap insurance............

So far so good with my 2009 H3 purchased this past Friday evening! I had an excellent sales associate; Chris Bultman; a true professional with vast knowledge of his field. I had a great weekend with my truck, even though I just it drove to work :) Unfortunately, I had a slight mechanical issue less then 200 miles into driving my new truck of the lot. I immediately called the dealership and they got me into the service dept. asap. They began taking care of the issue for me immediately, ascertaining that the issue was no fault of my own, they decided that I should incur no further cost of repairs, which they were not obligated to do by any means. And the issue was resolved faster then I could have imagined! This cemented the fact to me that here at Precision the customer comes first. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Brian at the service desk and Jim the used car sales manager, both were again true professionals and did everything they could to put me; The Customer, first and mkae sure I was happy. And I am very happy with my buying experience here! Thanks again to all the awesome people working at Precision Chrysler, see you at oil change time :)

Leased a Dodge Durango in Dec 2016, although a friendly staff I feel I was very misled on a couple things. I specifically asked the manager telling him it was our first lease, that if at the end of the lease we decided not to purchase, what exactly do we have to do? He said ,and i quote "nothing, just bring it in and turn in the keys" I found out a few days later from friends that have leases that there is always a charge if you dont re-lease a new car with that manufacture. It will be around a $450.00 charge if I dont stay with dodge. Why the hell wouldnt you tell me that manager???? Also I went in and confronted that salesman about a month later and he said he told us. Basically his word against mine, but I remember specifically they did NOT tell me or my husband about this fee. Another thing they failed to do was offer us the extra insurance on our lease for damages to car. I only found out about this option also from friends that recently leased. Why would you not offer me the option to purchase the insurance for my lease. I would not recommend this dealership.
