I waited a while to do this review because I didnt want to do it out of anger. My husband and I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago. We were aware that the vehicle was sold as is and expected to have minor repairs on it. The owner had told us he had taken the car to the shop recently and replaced the a.c. system. The back tire had a small waddle and he stated that it was just getting a new tire. We purchased the vehicle and it turned out to be the worst mistake of our lives. We took it to a mechanic to change the tire and he was shocked that we had driven the vehicle more than 2 blocks. The vehicle had so many issues that was hard to know were to start. The break lines looked as if they had been cut. Only by the grace of God we made it back to NY. After spending over $1,000 in repairs, the car was finally able to drive. After getting home after a 7hr drive, the problems got worse. The car broke down again and wouldnt pass the state inspection. $1600 later, we get the car back ready to go. two days later, we get the kids in the car and start driving, car just dies in the middle of the road. At this point I was done being angry. After praying about it I came to the realization that I needed to just forgive these people and not let anger eat my soul. I just hope that you build business ethics and that no one else is put in the danger we were. You were aware that we had a long trip back home with two innocent children and yet were so callous to sell us a vehicle that was just a danger on wheels. Weve decided to forgive you, we learned our lesson, and were moving on after spending over $3,000 in repairs for a car that is just sitting on our driveway and is not driveable, and also, figure out how we will take our kids to school.

Shady car dealer. Dont go. Bought a car 2 weeks ago that needs a motor now. No calls back no response to my emails. Car shouldnt even have been sold. Was unsafe from the start. I will be calling a lawyer today 100 % for sure. Dont buy a car from these shady people. E-mail I sent listed below was never responded to. We have a little situation with the C class that I purchased last week. It has come to my technicians attention that the vehicles motor may be blown. At the current time we have tried to clean out as much oil sludge as we possibly can. This happens when the vehicle isn’t maintained properly. Now to find out exactly whats wrong with the vehicle I need to pull both valve covers off the motor which will run me around $1500.00 or more. Up to this point I am currently at $2000.00 worth of parts. Some are parts that I expected with brakes, tires, and a full maintenance. But now weve come across: 3 bent wheels Right front axle shaft All ignition wires and coils are bad (mostly from the motor running so bad) Motor and trans mounts are all bad Total engine sludge Oil light, check engine light are both on at the moment Vehicle has no power and is blowing oil out of the tail pipe along with huge clouds of smoke I can continue the list and send you copies of the invoices. Now Ive gotten lucky that I work for MB. I haven’t paid for any labor to have this done yet. We have a few options Id like to throw at you here. I can bring the vehicle back to you at full refund plus the work thats currently been done to it which is around $7900.00 or we can replace the motor on the car which will be around $6000.00.

I came to Bloomingdale auto to look around I wasnt ready to buy a car yet I was only shopping around but from the min I got there I was treated with honesty and respect Luis helped me around and took his time to show me all the cars at my price range And didnt want to push me into just any car to make a sale happen he made sure we took our time test driving almost 6 cars and told us something other dealers dont say to customers DONT RUSH take ur time shopping and when ur ready will be here to help u and get u into the car u like Make a long a story we found a car that was beyond our spending limit and Moe came out and spoke to us and made sure we got the car for the price that we wanted and even offered us warranty on the car with out us asking him believe it or not I drove off with the car. Cuz I felt like I wasnt going to get this treatment anywhere els ..... 4 days later we had a minor issue with the car a c stopped working we called moe and he told us not to worry about it and took care of it same day. no used car dealers will do that after the sale has been made. I will recommend this dealer to anyone whos in the market for a used car best prices and best customer service wants to say a big THANk you to Luis and MOE they even ordered food for us and eveyone that was at the dealer felt like I was at family dinner Once again thanks you Guys and vest luck with ur dealer I know u guys are new but Im so happy u guys were there for me Did I say thanks you enough lol best luck and wishes. My experience buying a car at Bloomingdale Auto Group was a very pleasant experience. From the moment I contacted the staff about a vehicle, they catered to my every need. Initially I wanted some more information than what was listed about the vehicle and it was relayed to me without delay. The staff was also willing to meet with me after hours due to my busy schedule. Once I made the trip to Bloomingdale Auto Group I was pleased to see all vehicles were the same as what was listed. If feels good to travel to a dealership and not feel like you are being deceived or taken advantage of. My interaction at the dealership with the owner Moe was a pleasant one as well. He was very honest about all his vehicles and insisted that you take you time inspecting the vehicles. I wanted to write this letter Thanking Moe and his staff for making my car purchase a memorable one. I would definitely recommend the Bloomingdale Auto Group to any one interested in purchasing a used car.

The most unprofessional dealer Ive ever done business with. Bought my car over 2 months ago. Had the toughest time getting my title. After 2 expired temp plates and excuse after excuse (promising that Id get my title by next week then next week would come and no title) it took me personally going to this "car dealership" and waiting 4 hours after being told the title should be here at any time while also having to deal with their unprofessionalism. I absolutely do not recommend this business for ANYONE. Amongst other things I found defects with the car that I didnt notice when I first purchased it but I can only blame myself for that. Update: DMV refused to register my car with the title they gave me saying there are missing documents. Dealership refused to give me my money back for the car and also refused to give me a new temp for my car while current temp plate is expired.
