I walked into Auto Lenders with a skewed perception of “car salesman”. I promised the dealership that I bought my BMW through that I would be back in to trade it in when I was ready for a newer car. When I reached out to the dealership, I found they were no longer in business! This is what brought me to Auto Lenders, so, I was a little bummed that I would have to meet a person that is way overdressed to haggle with me about what kind of car I should be driving and how much I should be paying. Fortunately, my experience of what I believed this would be was completely reversed. Dan, the car salesman who helped me every step of the way, was nothing but genuine, honest, and accommodating. I never felt any pressure whatsoever. I told Dan what I wanted and he made some recommendations about what I should test drive and asked me what I wanted to drive. He didn’t try to “sell” any specific car, he just accommodated my wishes. After the test drive I fell in love with the car. Unfortunately, there was not that specific one on the lot. Dan drove to the other lot and picked up my car (after his shift had already ended)!! The store manager, the finance manager and Dan all stayed 3 hours late just to convenience me. Also, the atmosphere seemed casual, professional and pressure free; I didn’t want to walk into a car dealership and deal with someone who was dressed like a lawyer. Overall, this was an unusually pleasant car buying experience and I will definitely be a long-term customer.

First off, I never ever write reviews for places and it seems like most people usually write a review when a place is extremely bad or extremely good. I am glad to say that I had a wonderful experience at AutoLenders of Lakewood. When I bought my car, there were some minor issues that were fixed immediately however there was an ongoing squeak from my brakes since Day 1. The amazing service team took a look at it and thoroughly made sure they were in working condition and safe to use. After a couple of months of driving with them squeaking, I received a friendly email from the Owner of AutoLenders, mostly regarding his thanks for us being customers. I realized that I should mention the brakes to see what he says. He told me to bring the car back in so they could take another look. After two days and a free rental, the service team calls me and says that they tried multiple things to find the 'squeak' with no luck. I explained how frustrating it was so they ended up calling corporate to find a resolution for me. They called back and said that they appreciate me as a customer and they would like to replace all of my brakes (roters and pads) for no charge. This morning, I picked it up and the car is driving perfectly. I have to say, that I have never received any customer service better from AutoLenders and I will definitely be returning multiple times. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Great experience at Autlenders. I hate to write these types of reviews, however, I recently purchased a 2008 Benz, C-300 from Chris Hewitt at the Lakewood location and it was a pleasant experience. I have been checking the inventory of Autolenders and other local dealers for the "perfect" car and I stumbled on one at Autolenders. I went in to see it but unfortunately someone got there before me and bought it. Chris had worked with me to try to find another vehicle on the lot that I might have interest in but none were the right fit for me. I then found another car at another Autolenders location and Chris had it arranged to be transferred to the Lakewood location for me. When I got there the car was already detailed and waiting for me. The car was in great condition, very clean, had low miles and all the features I wanted. We then went to work on the deal. I was a very informed buyer and new what I wanted to pay for my new car, plus I also new what I wanted for my trade-in. Chris made it all happen plus he got me the interest rate I wanted for financing. There was very little pressure from the dealer perspective compared to other lots. It was a good experience and I would reccomend Autolenders to anyone who asks. -Thanks Chris! I look forward to many happy miles in my new Mercedes.

Our first experience with Autolenders! (Posting again since internet was acting funny) I have to admit that going in, I was a little hesitant since I had never purchased a second hand vehicle from a dealer before. Let me just say this was the easiest car experience ever. My husband and I searched and searched for the "right vehicle" at almost every car dealership within a 50 mi radius of where we lived (that included Autolenders). After several failed attempts to purchse with other dealers, we finally agreed to check out a car at Autolenders. Since the car we were looking at was at another location, the guys at Auolenders were so great in getting the car we interested in, to the location we that was most convenient for us by the next day. (Thanks Lew!) We headed over to the Lakewood Autolenders and met up with Kyle Burst. After checking out the condition and a test drive, it was pretty much sold. We headed in and bought the car. Kyle was great in answering all our questions and never pushed for the sale. He was always professional and curtious. He made the whole experience so easy. I wish we had come to you sooner! Totally stress-free!. Well be back for another car as our family continues to grow! Thanks Lew, Kyle and the all the guys at Autolenders!

I had a great experience buying a car at Auto Lenders. Will Sorg helped me every step of the way in making my decision. There was no hassle with trying to sell me a car out of my price range. All the prices are clearly shown and they were very accepting of what I could afford. While I am not sure if I will have remorse overtime about spending slightly out of my price range, I do feel very confident that I got a great vehicle at a much lower price (Honda Civic 2011 with under 40,000 miles). Its like having a new car for less than half the price! The warranty helps me feel pretty safe, too. I think you can trust these guys and be honest with them about what you can afford as well as what you can put down. Their general manager is really personable and sharp in his ability to explain what he can do for you in terms of financing the car. Also, their financing consultant was very clear and succinct about everything I was signing. It was a whirlwind of paperwork, but he helped me feel confident about the transaction. Start here before you go anywhere else! If I could give 4 1/2 starts, I would. I never give 5.

This was one of the easiest car purchases my family has ever made. We were referred to Auto Lenders by several friends and were extremely satisfied with our decision. Mark Turner was incredibly helpful throughout this entire process. He was very knowledgeable and supportive without stressing us out. After we left the first day, he and Lou stayed in contact and were ready to help when we were ready. Both Lou and Mark were very easy to stay in contact with, immediately responding to email or phone calls with answers to all of my questions. When we found “the car” everyone was so helpful in transferring it from South Jersey up to Lakewood. They immediately put the car on hold once we said we were interested and Mark did such a fantastic job cleaning and polishing it. We were impressed; it looked new! The paperwork process, typically daunting to say the least, was quick and simple. They even convinced the bank to give us a discount! The car is amazing and we will definitely be back when it’s time for another car!
