Worst customer service. Went to register 14 and had the misfortune of having a woman named Joy check us out. It was clearly evident she was already in a foul mood with the customer before us, but it only seemed to progress when she started checking us out. Its one thing to not greet your customers, but its another to make them feel as though they are a burden. She was complaining about coupons that she couldnt peel and proceeded to stick one back on the item as though we wouldnt notice. She was carelessly throwing our food in the bags and smashing them around. She then tells another coworker that she needs her break and starts complaining how her light has been off. If that wasnt enough, she continued to do so under her breath and yells at the next woman attempting to get in line. As a paying customer, I should not feel like my presence is a burden nor should I have my items being carelessly tossed around. If Joy doesnt like her job or is having a bad day, thats her problem. She shouldnt be taking it out on customers. Its employees like this that make a company lose business.

I got my wedding pics developed there in september 2010 with no problems...my wedding pictures were not taken by a professional, they were taken by a family member who has an expensive camera. He does not own a photography studio. He gave me all the pictures, which i own and have on my card. Walmart had no problems developing over 300 of my wedding photos. I went in a week later and got some enlargements, they came out grainy so i went home and had them fixed and went back to walmart 2 weeks later to reprint them and they refused to sell them to me! I brought in all my wedding photos with proof of purchase from them and they still refused to sell them to me. Their professionalism is horrible and their customer service is bleak at best! I would not recommend getting any photos done there! If "they" think they look professional, even if they were just from your own digital camera they will refuse to sell them to you without a copy write permission slip!

I just had an extremely bad experience with the Customer service at this store. The supervisor in the customer service department named Diane was extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband went in a tried to reload a netspend card and was told that there was a limit to reload it after they took the cash for the transaction. Then, we returned to the store to try a lower amount and were told by Diane, the supervisor, that they can do it but they can refuse to process it if they wish. We were nothing but polite to them and we were treated like garbage. This is not the type of customer service that I have always known from Walmart and I am very displeased. I, not any of my family or friends, will never shop at their store or give them a cent of our money ever again. You just lost a lot of valuable customers.

So I came into get subway. The subway employee thought my girlfriend was paying for me first of all. So then I figured Id just get in line quick and grab a bottled drink. I saw a girl with pale skin and black hair at a check out line so I said hey maybe shed check me out since I only bought one item. Nope. She very rudely stayed "Im closed" so I went to the shortest line which I waited in for 25 minutes while I watch this girl do absolutely nothing, literally nothing, in the eye care center until I see her walk to her car with her keys. Keep in mind its 8 oclock and the shortest line in the whole store is almost a half an hour long. This was absolutely ridiculous and Ive never been treated so poorly by any other Walmart Ive ever been in. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

My visit to the store was great up until the point when I went to grab the phone that online said was there but it wasnt and prior to my visit I had called to find out if the phone was there and because I called at 10:30 p.m. there was nobody in the electronics department to help me so my phone call never got answered and I drove from Malden Mass to Derry New Hampshire only to find out the phone was not in stock it was a gigantic waste of time and all I got was an Im sorry that happened it just stinks that I had to waste my time driving up there only to have to turn around empty-handed with a geez sorry that stinks you should get 10% off of whatever you wanted if the store waste your time and your money

I wish I could give it no stars the entire parking lot and surrounding areas are completely destroyed with litter. And to make it worse people actually come to Wal-Mart to dump their trash over the edge of the parking lot. Like entire trash bags full. They have been gracious enough to decorate surrounding trees with their beautiful grocery bags. Everyone there looks like they hate their job. And no one seems to have a clue on whats going on. Enjoy your trip to Wal-Mart Derry NH :)

Personally never had an inconvenient experience other than waiting in line, theres a Subway inside if you like that stuff, 1/3 of store is food & is mostly well stocked, used to have jelly bean yogurt but its sold out & they wont restock it, disappointing, never had a rude cashier (yet), sometimes Girl Scouts sell cookies in front of entrance & gets lots of customers, sometimes Salvation Army people stand outside & rings his/her bell, overall experience is always 3 thumbs up.

This is my local Walmart, so I go at least once a week. As far as Walmarts go, this one is pretty good. Its clean, the employees are nice, and the shelves are well stocked. However, Walmart in general has severely cut back its selection of items, so it is no longer the only place that I need to go to get everything I need - especially fresh produce. Luckily, Hannaford is right around the corner!

For the 4th time, after having numerous checks cashed here, we sat in the customer service line for 15 minutes, and then at the desk for 10 minutes to be told in a brash manner that the check was declined. "Its declined, sorry." This is the same company that has signs everywhere talking about customer satisfaction. A woman just before us cashed the same type of check.

Could you please stop having your security gaurds follow me around Every time I go into Wal-Mart? Thr last time I stole from a store I was 9 years old. This happens again and I can promise you were going to have an issue. Its harassment. Loss prevention my butt! Have someone check my bags at the door! This is the second time and its annoying.

The website stated they had the items I needed. However, despite being in the middle of summer and listed they had no more shorts. I was given the explanation that they dont update their site often and the need to be a few seasoms ahead. They get shorts in January I was told.

I liked nothing about this store. Professionalism is so poor. Associates are very rude. I was almost hit by an employees pushing a cart in electronics. Went to the service desk the women so rude and I will never return. I rather spend my gas and go to Target.
