Ive been here before and they have poor customer service. They are rude sometimes could be Im Hispanic dont know but will not play that race card. Past experiences here ... bought a PlayStation 4 was told it was gonna be the same Make and model on the box, sadly to say it was not ask for a refund because the PS4 wasnt the one I wanted and didnt come as said on the box they refused me a refund and even tried to argue. Didnt waste my time stop taking my money to this low end place. I give three stars because its a game Store not a restaurant wouldnt expect any less of them or any high well maybe a little

I use to be acknowledged here, but now we are not, I have been going here for a long time really hate to go elsewhere, but if I keep getting treated like Im not welcome, then I will go elsewhere, Manager Brian is really not friendly to us, but my experience today was awful, get your customer service better or I will not come back ever again unless under better management.
