We all know Radioshack is a joke. This location, though, is uniquely horrible. First off: it smells stale and it always smells the same. The kind of aroma you can taste. This is a smell particular to the Reservoir Ave. location. If you dont know what Im talking about, I urge you to check it out before this branchs inevitable closure. In a time when countless college students are seeking part-time employment, it seems as though the clunky, uninformed (brain-drained?) employees of the Reservoir Radioshack were somehow solicited to work there through a telemarketing scheme. Are they being paid sub-minimum wages? Why cant they talk to one another when it seems a requirement that at least two Radioshack employees are forced to endure disappointing loneliness together? Once I had my girlfriend call with the same question I had asked in-store thirty minutes earlier. It seems theyre only able to talk to one another if no one else can see them. I cant wait until this place closes.
