I called Appliance Pro today and asked if they had a part for my washing machine. They said they had it in stock and I told them I would be in a few hours later to come pick it up. I was hesitant going, because Home Depot sold me the wrong item and now I must return it, and Appliance Pro is across town and I didn’t want to face the same issue. A couple hours after I called I arrived in the store and asked for the item and spoke to the same guy as I talked to on the phone. He referred me to the parts department where they would help me. When I went over to the parts department there were two women talking. I didn’t want to interrupt their conversation, because I assumed it was a customer and employee. But after a few moments, one told me that they both worked there. The place was empty and I was the only customer in the store. I asked the lady behind the desk for the part I was looking for and she told me they did indeed have it in stock. She then told me she wasn’t going to find it for me today and that I should come back tomorrow when someone else might. Now, remember I said the place was empty, the employees had time to sit and talk, but no one could find a part for me that they knew they had in stock. I wouldn’t be so mad about this experience if she had gotten up and looked and couldn’t find it, but she just wanted to shove me off on someone else tomorrow. This is the worst experience I ever had with any business my whole life. Most people are willing to help or at least pretend to. This woman couldn’t care less about making a sale. I will be back tomorrow, because I want her name to inform her boss formally. I run a business and would never treat a customer like this.

I was looking for a new refrigerator. I went to Sears and found one for 348.00. Not bad so I figured at a scratch and dent store I might find a little better deal. I go to Appliance Pro(on several other visits to this store in the past month I felt they were over priced for scratch and dent appliances)hoping that this visit they will have something acceptable. I am shown scratch and dent refrigerators for 399.00!!! How can you sell scratch and dent for more than ones in perfect condition?? It was the same fridge and I mentioned to the sales person that Sears had it for the lower price brand new. She never tried to keep my business..never offered to see if they could do better on the price, she just stood there. I said to her "I thought I might find a better deal here but I guess not so Ill just go back to Sears". She stil saidl nothing so I walked out and gave Sears my business and my money.

GREAT STORE! I have recently bought all my kitchen appliances here and after shopping at multiple places, I was refreshed to find such informative, helpful and honest staff. I was very pleased with service, quality of products and value! The delivery staff was the best we have experienced as well. SO ... I just went back to purchase my washer and I found the same consistent wonderful service! Thank you!

I like that they primarily stock GE; this made the decision simple, quick and straightforward so I could keep my time and brainpower focused on other things in my life. Go there.

I dont know who overpriced dealt with but Ive purchased several appliances and have always been pleased with the service and most pleased w the price. Love the new location plus its now a one stop home improvement stop w window, rugs, and flooring stores nearby.

They have a large selection appliances an extremely reasonable prices scratch and dents that are super discounted and if they dont have that particular item youre looking for they will make the best effort to get it

My wife and I bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer there and worked with John the Mgr he was great ! Highly recommend John and Appliance Pro and Speed Queen products much much much better then Frigidaire !!!
