Well best buy is a great place to be and I am returning a Lenovo yoga tablet well myabe today if I go today I am able to get full refund on store Credit On on a gift card so then I will go today at stop&shop they have a machine at ptakes unused gift cards then it will give a slip but before that you that it needs to have your identityand finger print and something like peal the the scratch off the thing in back of the gift card a it will a pin then slide in the slot then put your fingerprint then before that touch the screen then put in the pin and do the rest grab the slip then bring to it the Service desk at Stop & Shop then they will give you the cash and thats meview from Best Buy

Horrible service took 2 hours for geek squad to figure out the radio I purchased wouldnt fit in my car, I was told to get a smaller one which I did had to wait another hour, was told to sign a paper to confirm the installation because I was in a rush from waiting so long I just signed got in my car got home tried to fox my radio apparently I only have one speaker working they messed up all my wiring, was upset spoke to Brian the manager very rude and he hung up on me they lied and said my speaker and radio wasnt working before installation I clearly have proof that it was indeed working either way I just wanted my radio installed correctly not attitude and lies but thanks anyways

My father in law and I went here with cash in hand to buy a tablet. He was very reluctant to go in because he said Best Buys service was really bad. I assured him it was not bad since I shop at one near my home in Canada ACD theyd are great. We went in and tried to get service. Unfortunately, he was right. It was a bunch of young guys sitting at the computers playing some kind of game. I walked up one guys says "sup?". I asked him about the few tablets we were looking at. He didnt know. He proceeded to look it up on another tablet but I didnt know he was because he didnt tell us what he was doing. It was crazy. We walked out and bought our tablet at Staples. One star.

just had a 15 minute conversation with Steve from the Geek Squad at the Seekonk location. He was very knowledgeable about Range Extenders and answered every question I came up with for him. He definitely guided me into the right direction for taking the first step into trying to better connect to my router from my bedroom. spoke about mega bits per second, bandwidths, download speeds, and everything else pertaining to a good connection and even answered questions about my Comcast modem which is not even his product! good job Steve, I recommend anyone with questions about wi-fi and internet connectivity ask for Steve when they call the Seekonk Best Buy location.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I have bought so many electronics from this store over the years. Every time, they break, and they ALL do, I have nothing but hassles and aggravation in getting things resolved. The latest, I broke the screen on my 5 month old MS Tablet....the Geek Squad guy literally told me theres nothing they can do, not even send it to Microsoft to get it repaired....even if Im willing to pay! This company does not care one bit about their clients after they sell something. Its disgusting. I will start looking at alternative stores for my electrinics.....Ive had it with this big box store!

Purchased two Samsung televisions ( 55" and 60") two weeks ago with a confirmed delivery date of June 16 between 8am and noon. As we are in the process of moving to RI, I FLEW up on June 15 to meet the delivery. 8 1/2 hrs later on June 16, no delivery. Manager John Jessop was inept- blamed it on the warehouse and never took any personal responsibility for anything. Zero communication from warehouse. Calls were also made to corporate office in MN and distribution center in NJ. This company cares nothing for its customers. And at no time were we ever contacted by Best Buy. Lost a big customer for life.

Excellent, went in 10 mins before they closed and even though I apologized about it they were all smiles and did everything they could to help me. Got a 43 inch Toshiba for 219 and the girl that helped me even went through a half dozen websites to see if she could find it cheaper so she could price match. Turned out they were the cheapest by close to $100. Even told me after the sale was done to check for the next 15 days and if I found it cheaper they would refund it back to my card. Really appreciate the help guys even if I was the guy who came in that late. Would recommend them very highly!!!

I came in wanting to buy a giant flat screen, but could not find a soul to help me. After 15 minutes of searching for an employee, I finally found a guy in electronics. Unfortunately, he rudely informed me that he was "in the middle of something" and waved his IR gun at me. Really? Not even an offer to find someone else who could help me out? This place is a joke; its no wonder theyre going under. I ended up just buying the unit I wanted online. Id have preferred to deal with an actual human being, but best buy clearly was not going to give me that option.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU NEED A SALES PERSON! No one is ever around to answer questions. I tried to buy a camera last month and there was no one to get it for me. Left empty handed. Today I needed to buy a monitor. About 5 customers were in computers trying to find an employee. I went to appliances and had him search for one. QUOTE: Sometimes they hide. I cant find anyone and Im helping someone else. BTW: Appliances was empty of buyers.

Very disappointed with the return policy which I was not aware of. You are only allowed 14 days to return, only store I know with such limited window. Then at Christmas I wanted to use that store credit towards a gift certificate and would have added money to that and was denied. So who looses, I have other options to shop elsewhere which I will certainly do. Because of this poor customer service I will never shop there again.

Perfect customer service. I wanted to get the Madden 15 Xbox One bundle, and they were the only one who I could find that still had it for 400 dollars. They also were participating in a deal where you can buy and Xbox One console and get a game free. I was able to get a free copy of Destiny because of that. The website and assistant on the phone helped tremendously. Im extremely happy and satisfied.

I bought a laptop there and Ive had a lot of problems with it and I have to dish out 100 dollars because theres always something wrong with it. By far the worst store Ive ever bought something in. Even though this is an electronic store, dont buy any electronic items from it, just the candy bars are fine cause thats all theyre good for.
