I would like to make it clear that this review is not about Best Buy in general, but of a bad experiance at the Mansfield ma location. I am well aware of Best Buys price match policy as i have used it many times in the past. So far it has been great as long as you put in the research and have sufficent evidence the are generally pretty good. Last night i went in to purchase a HDMI cable and wanted it price matched. I gave the salesperson my info and they proceeded to help me. There was a problem, they didnt carry that cable. But they didi have the next step down from it. So i said ok, i would go home do the research and come back with the price match for that cable. To make a long story short i did all the research and then proceeded to call the attleboro location to confirm the research i had done was correct. (They have a Magnolia center and seem to be a little more informed on the products.) After confirming the info was correct i made my way to the mansfield location (15 minutes closer than attleboro) The salesperson was all set to ring me out when the same manager as the night before came over. (Diana) She proceeded to take over the transaction and quickly denied my price match. She said the products were not the same packaging. After going back and forth for a bit on the fact the the company changed the packaging and the fact that it was in fact the same cable, she then proceeded to tell me she was not going to match the website in which i had gotten the price. (same site as the night before when they were going to match but didnt have the cable) She then proceeded to tell me that she needed to make a smart buisness choice and she wasnt matching it. She said if the differance in price was less she would do it, but because i found it at such a good price she wasnt. I was with a few other people that night and needless to say none of us will be shopping at that location again. Tell me how that is a smart buisness chioce. Oh ya and i called Attleboro after leaving the store and they told me to come see them and thay would do it at there store. I will be driving the extra 15 minutes from now on.

Went in to purchase a 55" Sony tv. Saleswoman quoted us a different price than on line. Insisted we read the ad wrong. She didnt know her stuff at all. Every television we asked her about she had to check her notes. Was told by another associate she was one of the best associates there. Okay. Got to the register and told me my rewards card was not on the system. I must have registered incorrectly on line. Naturally it was me. Finally we left without a purchase. Also purchasing a gps/ fitness tracker or something like on the same day. The two sales people I spoke to did not have a clue. Store was out of date and not very knowledgable in the electronic/ tech. Went home and called customer service. My rewards card was fine. The agent I spoke to said the Best Buy associate was mistaken. It was in the system and all info was correct. Next drove to the Dedham store. What an awesome store! Did I say an awesome store!!! We purchased a 55" Sony, for $250.00 cheaper than the Mansfield store quoted, also that was the price on line. Then thanks to the knowledgable sales associates I purchased an Apple Watch. Such a difference in two store from the same company. Wow. If you know exactly what you need and have no questions, youre fine, otherwise Id recommend everyone to go to Dedham. I will drive further to Dedham in the future or shop in a different company all together.

I do not understand how anyone could have a less than amazing visit at this location. I have Geek Squad, and I have never felt so secure that my devices will always come back home in excellent condition. They are SUPER-Geeks in Mansfield, MA. All of my cell phones were purchased and insured through this location. My husband breaks his phone monthly, and I have never been made to feel uncomfortable about this issue. They just replace it, and I pay to renew the insurance. By the way, it is only ten dollars for a year of insurance, depending on your phone purchase price. I would rather go through Best Buy because they honor their commitments, unlike some cell phone companies who charge an arm and leg, and then charge an extra fee to replace things like screen glass. Also, anytime I go in, I am pleasantly greeted by every Best Buy employee that crosses my path. They really want to help. It is not a place where workers are only nice because they do not want to get in trouble. Best Buy is my extended family, with a bonus of being electronic whizzes. Keep it up Best Buy. To all of the complainers, try smiling and being polite to the workers. It is a catchy feeling when people are happy. Work with your environment, not against it. Love you all, Victoria Brown (Faithful Customer)

Awful Experience- Ordered a washer and dryer from here mid-April for our new house. The item ended up being back ordered until 05/06/16 which was fine. On May 6th the item was scheduled to show between 3-5. At 5:00 there was still no product. We called the store and they could not locate the truck and said that it must be stuck in traffic. Waited until 6:15, called again and they still could not find the location of the truck. They said we would hear back from them when they figured everything out. At 6:45 we received an email that our washer and dryer would be delivered on Saturday between 3-5. This time did not work for us because we had an event to attend. They rescheduled us for Tuesday, May 10th to be delivered between 11-1. The truck arrived an hour and a half early with the incorrect stacking kit. This has been a very long, stressful, and overall terrible experience with best buy. From not showing up, to not knowing where their truck was, to deciding it was quitting time and not telling us they wouldnt be delivering that day, and now delivering the incorrect equipment. Id say bring your business elsewhere if youre needing something on time and accurate- especially if you are unable to do your laundry for over 3 weeks in your own home. Unacceptable.

I have been a Best Buy Mansfield customer sense they opened. I had just quickly looked and had seen the review for assistant manager Diana and wanted to debate that. I have had some simple issues, and have had a couple major issues. She has been an amzing help every time I will admit some of my requests and demands where a little out of line. She is no push over by any means! But she has always been fair with me and solved every issue and concern I have ever had. I have also witnessed her with other customers that are trying to get there way and take advantage and have seen her take charge of the situation in a respectful way with every intention to solve the issue. As anyone who works with people you cant run a business and please everyone at the same time. But Diana has always stayed professional with every encounter I have seen her have. Matter of a fact I have yet to meet anyone in the mansfield store that has been rude or unhelpful with the thought that no one is perfect all the time. I have found that when you go in to any establishment and treat the employees the way you would like to be you receive the same respect. We all are not perfect and make mistakes just remember when you point a finger you have 3 more pointing back at you!
