WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .. BOUGHT A RADAR DETECTOR AT THE AUCTION IT WAS DEFECTIVE.. WENT UP THERE THE FOLLOWING WEEK THEY COULDNT TEST IT THERE AND HAD TO SEND IT TO THE WARWICK LOCATION THE LADY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS .. A WEEK GOES BY STILL NO CALL SO I CALLED THEY SAID THE TECH WOULD CALL ME TOMORROW, SO ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY STILL NO CALL NO RADAR DETECTOR NO REFUND, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN .. MAKE SURE YOU TEST THE ITEM YOUR BUYING BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR ELSE YOUR SCREWED ...

Worst customer service I ever experienced. The sales persons on the floor told me a price and at the register the cashier told me different price and when I brought the sales person to the cashier she didnt change the price and I had to turn the merchandises back to them.. Tell what pinnacle, customers worth more than 10 dollars. You will keep loosing customers if I keep treating them this way. I will never go back there again. Just to specifie I was a the batavia, ohio location tonight and had that issue there.

I have purchased TVs at very reasonable (cheap) prices at Pinnacle. For the most part, their TVs have blemishes or nicks and dings to them but the prices are so good, you can look past a dead pixel here or there. They also sell a variety of other technology and home goods. Its basically like having eBay come to life and become a physical store! Definitely my go-to for tech, electronics, and a few other things.

Have bought 3 TVs in this store with no problems! Had issues with my living room one and returned it with my warranty and got a bigger one from it! Then got a nice 48" for my bedroom and it is absolutely perfect! I recommended many of my friends to get there TVs there! Pinnicle is worth it all day... Way To Go Pinnicle!

Bought my TV here and couldnt be happier. Got a refurbished Samsung 65". Its our main TV and the picture is great. Service here was excellent--all of my pesky technical questions were answered and they never tried to oversell me.

This place is amazing to find a good quality tv for cheap. You can get a tv for half the originals price. I got a LG smart tv, 60 in for only $530. Im glad I didnt go to Walmart
