I brought my Sony z5 compact in for a screen repair last month. They told me it would be 3-5 business days. It took 4 weeks. First, they got the wrong size screen in. Then they had to fix the proximity sensor, and get the correct screen in. During this time, I traveled to Georgia and new York city without my parents or any way to make an emergency call. We had to borrow a phone just so I could do this. Fast forward to getting the phone back. The screen is peeling off at the top, the display glitches and has a delay between the top and bottom half of the screen. The proximity sensor doesnt work. It took 10 minutes to get the display back so I could end a call. I will not be going back, and I will have to buy a new, fully functional phone. It was a decent price though, too bad it didnt end up being worth it.

I had them to replace my iphone 6s ear speaker. I dropped of the phone and next day my wife picked it up..but when i looked at it the metal screen net on the speaker was broken(had a hole in it).I came back to them and they told me that they will fix it..took my phone # (they told that they need to get a part)...and told that they will call me back! But i never received a cal from them....I dont understand one thing...how the person who was replacing ear speaker didnt see that metal screen net was broken?? And second point here: person , who told that will call me back was not responsible. If you chose this shop to fix your gadget please be careful and check how job was done!!!

I needed a screen replacement on my phone. I had dropped off my phone to get it repaired. I came back later to pick it up, the screen was fixed and the phone works great, it looks brand new! The service that I got was outstanding and the owner is genuine and so nice. I highly recommend Cell Phone Repair in Westford. Not only is the service great, but they also know what they are doing!

Phone was being glitchy and slow and had poor battery life.Had a battery replacement there and turns out that resolved the other issues as well. No issues with the battery. Price was good and service was great. Would recommend going here.
