Not thrilled with their communication, but in the end it was fixed. When I brought in my laptop I was told it would be looked at in 1 week. I hadnt received a call, so I called them after 10 days. I got a call the next day that it just got fixed. They didnt call to tell me the problem or cost to fix it, after the initial diagnosis. Turns out it was $65 for the diagnosis and another $150 to fix it.....$215 in all. I would have considered applying the cost to getting a new laptop. In the end, I probably would have had them fix it anyway, but their communication didnt even give me the opportunity to consider my options.

Was very disappointed with their service and customer relations. When I brought my Mac laptop in for repairs, I was told there was a 3 day turnover. After a week, I called and was told that the MAC person would get to it for sure the next day. Two days later I called and left a message asking what was going on--received no answer. After two weeks, I picked up my laptop which hadnt been looked at. To their credit, I was not charged anything; nor was I asked why I was picking the laptop up. This business was recommended by a friend of mine, but I would never return. submitted on August 2, 2011

Was very disappointed that I was charged $65 to diagnose my laptop and then another $130 to fix it even though I never authorized them to. I was willing to pay for the diagnosis and could have replaced the $15 part myself. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Picked up my laptop today and it works fine. The gentleman is nice and it was cool to know that he played hockey. I have an HP computer and I would recommend anyone to check this place out.
