Horrified Customer

Lousy Service. That voicemail phone system is a TOTAL NUISANCE!!! To have to waste time listening to that idiotic jibberish before finally getting options is something whoever set that up should be FIRED for. And even then they keep you waiting forever to answer the phone with only god knows how many employees are standing around in that store doing nothing. They rarely follow up to confirm a print job is done. Overall Staples leaves much to be desired, particularly in timeliness, responsiveness, quality control, general service, and much more!!! YES VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!!!

I always get the best service from Theresa at the copy department in the Burlington store. She has done a great job for me for the last 10 years. She takes care of all the detals every time. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS!!!! I recommend her highly.

Very good service, I went to get a Chromecast and it wasnt on display. The sales rep was very kind and took the tag off to look it up for me came back with a box full of them very quickly. Wayyy better than best buy.

This is currently our go-to Staples as the one in Bedford has closed. Although this location is smaller, I like the service so far. Ive successfully had price matching done here without much of a hassle.
