I was having a pleasant experience at first. Great welcome from the staff. Bottled water. Answered questions. But then when they showed me the rig I had ended up purchasing, (a $200 glass piece, which looked to be in perfect condition) this is where I believe things seemed to slightly fall down hill. 1.) The torch that the guy offered to sell us was low and under powered in the demonstration and was not all hyped up to be what he said it was at first. 2.) the glass piece I purchased actually came with a crack in one of the lower glass bends. As soon as I got home that evening I opened up my heavily bubble wrapped glassware to see a crack. I immediately took a picture and was disappointed. (I know the crack could not of been caused by me at all since it was wrapped extremely well and placed in a bag in a still position for the car ride home. My glass piece I purchased had to of been cracked from the shelf! Im not sure if the staff was just unaware of this on the glass piece that they personally grabbed out of the case and offered me, because like I said they were friendly and helpful; or if this was an intentional situation. Whatever the case is it really sucks and personally I am not satisfied. The guy who was assisting me did throw in a can of free butane and gave me a slight discount on the torch that was a tad more expensive to try and fix the first issue. Which I was extremely pleased with what he did here. But not sure if it was just a tactic that was done upon me.. I guess Ill have to start looking more closely upon the construction of the glassware. * I am just now seeing your reply Chris. I have posted the photos that I immediately took arriving home of the glass that was purchased from you guys. Like mentioned before the crack was located on the inside of one of the glass bends. When tested, Water would slightly drip out from the crack when poured into the water pipe. (Which explains the damp Paper towel in the second photo underneath) I understand things happen and that the piece may have been missed. I would call but I do not have minutes, and I work overnights 12AM to 2PM. I feel I am always on a backwards schedule than everyone else lol. I have no problems removing my review or updating it if the situation is fixed. I just would love to enjoy a piece for the money that was spent on it is all. *situation was handled very maturely and fixed with great respect!! Definitely 5 stars all the way!! Best shop Ive ever been too. I personally travel 40 mins now just to come to this store!!

This place is totally awesome. You walk in and they offer you water. Never been anywhere that does that. I was looking for a alternative to glass cause I keep dropping mine after a session. They didnt immediately take the opportunity to show me expensive merchandise but went straight to the what I needed that was cost effective. Then when I asked about butane not only did the gentleman fill my lighter but made sure it was working. And when it wasnt and he did try to fix it. He gave me a new lighter for free. I will never shop anywhere else. Friendly staff and great exceptional customer service. Awesome group of people.

Worst smoke shop EVER!!!! Terrible customer service. I spent $100 for a product that never worked. The guy with the glasses and gauges was VERY rude and pretty much laughed in my face. They all refused to give us a refund. And if he doesnt feel like your answer for the return, he wont give you store credit either. Paraphernalia Boutique just got $100 for free. Please beware there are no refunds for anything and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Never had a shop do this, Im so disappointed. People work hard for their money and Im so tired of businesss just taking our money for nothing!

Been shopping here forever! PB always has the coolest new stuff and all their glass is made in the US which is awesome. The shop looks great as always, better then ever actually. Every time I go there I find something amazing! The prices are fair so Ive never left empty handed. The staff is soooo nice & they ALWAYS know what they are talking about... not to mention how they went out of their way to call me when they got the new G-Pen vapes just as they promised they would :) Thanks for my pen guys, you rock!

Worst customer service I have ever had. No one could answer my questions and when I asked for a manager this is what I was told, "They dont have one." They sold my wife a vaporizer for almost $300 dollars, claiming it was a deal and the best. After I did my research, it turns out the vaporizer is less than $200 any where else and not the best. Oh and the vaporizer they sold us was broken straight out of the box and they dont do refunds. Save your money and dont get cheated by these liars.

Ive been here twice. I broke a piece I had bought recently so I came back today. Really cool shop you guys got there. Its a good environment in the store, all the staff seems very down to earth. It feels like Im talking to a person and less like Im talking to an employee (Which I think is nice, if that makes sense.) Lots of locally made glass, good quality. I love the piece I just got. Also got a student discount.

I have loved this store for over 20 years! I was in the store the other night to spend some money, around $140, and thought it odd that the salesperson pocketed my money! I also had to go back in to get my receipt and my change. I did get my receipt, but when i asked for my change the same salesperson lied and told me he gave it to my boyfriend. I just thought Chris should be aware.

Love this place always get treated like family. Always friendly and some of the best prices in town for stuff to use my meds. Carry only good quality merchandise. Also rigorously test lots of producers before putting them on their sales floor. Cant wait til my next visit to see whats new or whats coming out soon. Thank you again and keep up the great work!

These guys hooked me up, even after i broke the base of my hookah, like an idiot, they got it fixed through the diatributor free of charge. They went the extra mile for thier customer and thats why i do business with them. Also they have a military discount of 15% that is better then any store in the valley that i know of. Thanks guys.

It is the best shop I have been to period. Staff always treats you with a smile and offer of cold water. Will leave you to browse if you prefer or be there to walk you through your shopping experience answering all your questions as they come. Now the only place I go for my glass and tobacco needs.

This place rocks! The staff is super friendly and never pressured me to buy after they showed me several pieces. They have a great selection too. Im not sure how they got any negative reviews since this is probably my favorite head shop that Ive ever been to.
