Went in for a hookah bowl and a cleanser for a friend and the Caucasian male who was working couldnt keep his eyes open to save his life and reeked of pot. He wouldnt sell me the cleanser since i told him that he was taking a drug test soon and needed a cleanser. He gave me a dirty look and was completely racist saying he wouldnt be a part of your faking a drug test or whatever else you do. Not only did I not say he was using it for that but that he just wanted to use a cleanser to clean his system as it is advertised to be used for. Onto the hookah bowl he upped the price a dollar and took off the sticker thinking i didnt see the price and was completely rude when he gave it to me just throwing it into a plastic bag and dropping it onto the table. Was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had anywhere.

boy their customer service is awesome! bought a ecig there day before thanksgiving it was a dud they changed out battery next day went back still was not doing anything so the guy working the counter said i would love the ego one ct he was right love the bad boy.however i get it home and at some point the power button disappeared the very same day i paid extra for this and yet again it loses the button that makes it work . of course i know they are not responsible the maker is however i will as im sure anyone else would hope that planet zong would help with this issue. the same night i bought it the button falls off. will let you all know how they handle this issue. ill find out today

BEWARE!! This place is a FREAKING joke!!! The stoner guy with dread locks told me they mark up 90% of cost. On top of that the hippy girl with glasses is extremely rude and cant make a sale to save her life. I went out of my way, made a google account, just to submit this review. They are bad news, have bad business ethics, and have been busted more times than any other smoke shop in the area for underage sale of alcohol and tobacco. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other smoke shop because this place is overpriced, and has TERRIBLE customer service. I vowed to tell everyone I know not to shop at this store.

Been there a few times now. I go here because its less than a mile away from my house and they have a nice selection. So far my experience has been nothing but pleasant. The nice Mexican gentleman who works at night is extremely helpful and so is the guy with the dreadlocks. I should prob learn their names lol. Either way Im definitely going to be going back as long as they are open.

The selection is great and only getting better. They sell beer and ice and fountain drinks. Their beer selection is growing with all of these specialty beers and the ice fits perfect in their waterpipes that they also sell. Great place and great people with great service. These guys got me the equipment I needed to quit smoking. I am on an affordable vapor and they have a great supply of discount flavors for when I am short on funds. They are very knowable and they have gone through the needed changes to make sure the store is clean and the staff is well versed on of the products.

Amazing selection of hookah flavors and brands. Their stuff is actually fresh whereas the other shops on town sell expired by a few years shisha. Wont be shopping anywhere else. Only thing they lack is stocking charco flare coals. I never see them and they are the best.

Very good customer service! Workers there really help you find close to exactly what youre looking for. Prices are fair. Always a daily special. Always an extra deal. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend checking it out.
