Even though the prices are pretty high, I had been buying my juice and coils here regularly for the convenience. I also appreciated that they have a loyalty program where you earn a $5 store credit for every $100 spent. Its not a lot, but its something. Today I stopped by because I knew they were offering 15% off juice, and I had earned a $5 store credit through the loyalty program that I was excited to use. I was surprised at the register when the owner told me I had to choose between the sale price and the store credit. At every other store Ive ever been to, a store credit is treated just like cash. It is subtracted from your total after all discounts, taxes, etc. are calculated. I expressed concern, but the owner said he could only do one or the other. The discount would have saved me about $2. So I wanted to take the time to leave this review to let the owner know that for $2 he lost a customer; a customer who had been spending enough money in his store to earn a loyalty reward. My loyalty was rewarded by charging me a higher price for an item because I wanted to use the "store credit" I earned by spending my money there.

Been a customer for I believe since they opened bought 12 Mods there I can show parts of everyone that Ive got left on this particular day two of the March stopped working and I had no other way to vape so I brought profile much that I bought there down there thinking they might be able to help me they werent they tossed to the side and said oh we cant do anything with this they only cost $100 apiece I will never step foot in that store ever again dont stand behind what they sell every other time Ive ever been in here they been nice as could be of prob call z I am spending money I dont give places one star ever in this particular situation they shouldve done something to make it right no worries I work right off Bell Road anyway Ill go to Zeronas its just as easy but no worries the literally thousands of dollars I spent there meant nothing take care good luck to your business because Ill never step foot in it again

Im sure this place is great for all of your vape/glass needs but as far as my experience as gone its not very great for the pipe smokers (tobacco). Ive been in on 4 different occasions. Two times the staff were nice and welcoming, after not having my type of tobacco they said they would order it in. Have yet to see it. The other two times Ive been in, Ive been greeted by a gentlemen with the black beard. When I ask for my certain brand he says he does not have it and just walks off. Same when I ask for a pipe tool. Looks at me like Im a peasant until finally showing me one. I dont know whats worse, the bad service from the one guy or the lying from the nice guy. As I said before I bet this is the place to be for glass/vape/cigarettes however Id recommend else where for pipe smokers, seems like were treated like bottom of the barrel folks.

I thought this shop was great, finally something in anthem for those if us out here. First couple of visits were great then I bought a cigarette machine that I knew how to use. I took it back explained it was not making the cigarettes right, had too many problems with them. Needless to say they were not helpful at all, pretty much said I didnt know what I was doing, that the machine worked fine. I definitely wont be going back to them & probably not any of my friends either once I spread the word.

I absolutely love this place and the guys that run it! It doesnt matter what kind of stupid question I have I can call them up at any time and they will be more than happy to help me out, Im very new to vaping and they are some of the most down-to-earth people Ive ever met! Very quick to answer my questions they dont try to upsell me on anything that I dont need or push me into ant purchase. They are by far my most favorite smoke shop in AZ!!!!! I would give them 20 Stars if I could !!!!

If you vape, ignore this review, as I do not. Bought two water pipes from them. Wouldnt let me water test them. Got home, test them out. Pipe 1 was horrible (put as little water in it as I could and I still constantly got water in my mouth), but admittedly "functional." Pipe 2 was just flat out broken. Poured the water in the top, drained out the bottom. You dont need to water test every piece you buy, but when the store refuses to let you do so, go somewhere else

coils are cheap, but juice prices are kind of high. the guy who helped me the few times I went was helpful but impatient? I wanted to try some juices and Id list off three or four I wanted to sample and hed give me one or two like he wanted me to hurry and just pick one already. I was excited because a lot of shops in California dont let you sample, but that might as well have been the case here.

Decent assortment of vape pens with a big selection of e-liquid. They do not make their own liquid if thats what youre looking for but I dont think you will be let down by their wide variety. Offer a good amount of smoking supplies. The staff has always been great and friendly. I have been here over 20 times and drive out of my way to come here because of the relationship I have formed with them.

They are very helpful have a huge selection and make their own brand of a period their brand is made of completely natural substances without all the crap in it I would definitely recommend this place. They have good extra deals if you ask for them and reasonable prices

THE largest selection Ive ever seen for all things smoking related, I was stunned when I walked in. I spent quite a bit of time in there...they even had a way for me to try different vape juices before I bought! Never had that before. Thanks guys!
