I used to shop here for a few years actually but after dealing with the rude kid recently hired (3 months ago) i will never return to this establishment again and i will make sure the boys stay away as well. I was blown away when i was told quick fix was $32!!! Especially since i bought some recently at the same location for less than $20. When i brought this up the kid and his buddy who was hanging out started making sideways comments. Sad that this once good local business now has horrible customer service. I went down the street and less than 2 miles away is another great local smoke shop who laughed at $32 and charged $13...sad day blaze when you lose such a loyal customer.

I dont usually go to blaze because of prices. But at this location in tempe I was impressed to see some items that I wanted, but didnt think head shops would carry like the incrdibowl and titanium dab nails from "higly educated" products. If i see something I like, price usually is not an issue. If you walk into blaze I think you always find something you want. So becarefull if your an impulse buyer like myself. Thats the real reason I dont usually frequent blaze shops. Like always blaze does not sell tweaker products which I love. Thank you blaze for not supporting toothless vagrants with addictions of these natures.

Blaze is the best simply because of their selection. They have more pipes than any other store of its kind in Arizona without doubt (I frequent the vast majority of them). Staff is always super nice and helpful, always know their stuff instead of just tossing a pretty girl out there to bat her eyes and make a sale. They have all the best names (Toro, Chameleon, Illadelph, Roor, 2010bc, Hitman, MFLB...etc. the list goes on and on) and have it at the best prices. Blaze is now and will always be my store of choice and if you are a discerning glass collector, it will be yours too.

I dont know what this guy below me is talking about... doesnt seem like hes been in a head shop in a while. Blaze has the best glass for a very reasonable price. Out of all the smoke shops in the greater Phoenix area, this is by far my favorite. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. A wide selection of pipes, grinders, apparel, water pipes, you name it. I wish there was one in Downtown Phoenix :(

Stay away. Blaze has some of the most pompous, rude and arrogant customer service Ive ever experienced; as well as inferior quality merchandise and overpriced inflated products. The customer service is pushy and act if they know everything, even when they are horribly un-knowledgeable. SHOP ELSEWHERE. Maybe with enough negative reviews they will actually start paying attention to their customers.

Awesome shop i go in almost every week there are only a few employees but every time i go in they are always very nice and willing to go out of there way to help.Beside the fact that they have awesome glass pipes they have some of the craziest glassware i have seen in Phoenix more high quality glass than any other smoke shop i have been to here.

Horrible. I bought a hookah for 180. I was impressed with it for like the 10 mins I bought it and got it home, same night all the paint was flaking off in my hand, they wouldnt take it on return the next day. Horrible quality. Horrible service

Cannot beat the prices on herbal incense and high quality glass. They do not cater to meth heads or crack heads either. Staff is awesome! Stop shopping at Trails. You will be glad you did.
