So my first dealing with Batteries Plus started a few days ago when I contacted them and asked them if they had a Battery for a specific laptop, which they did. The sales associate quoted me a price of $119.99. I asked if there was a price difference between the online store and your location. He informed me that no they would be able to price match. I went in today to experience the sales clerk yelling at another customer over 36 cents? He went outside to "assist" the customer who left irate and unhappy anyways. The sales associate then came in and stated that he would never help that customer again, walked off and mumbled something under his breath. I was assisted by another sales associate who did not seem very attentive when i told him the specific battery I needed 3 times. Finally i asked him to do a partial search which he finally found it. He told me that it was going to be $119.99; i then told him, that it is a much cheaper price online and that when I called their location would be able to price match. The rude sales associate came back and said in a very irate tone of voice that we do not price match. He then decided it was necessary for me to know who would say that and figured that interrogating me was the right thing to do. I finally said then its poor training on your part and give me the battery at whatever the price was. The associate then said he was not management and not his responsibility. (At this time I wanted to tell him its not really his money but his companys, but I figured that would just stir the pot up). I ended up getting the battery at the price online, however I felt really dissatisfied over the whole transaction.

FANTASTIC PLACE IF YOU WANT THEM TO BREAK YOUR PHONE! I took my Iphone 6s plus in to get the cracked screen fixed, it worked before i took it in. When I handed the employee my phone he started pressing super hard on the screen with one finger until the screen no longer worked. you could even see where he pressed, it left a glitchy finger print on the screen. And he did the paper work for my phone wrong. He claims the screen never worked to begin with, when he never even checked. Then when I went to pick up my phone the told me it was broken and tat they might be able to fix it. So I left my phone with them and told them to e-mail me. I never even received an email. I had to make 6 trips to this store just for them to tell me they cant fix my phone that THEY broke. So in the end, I wasited a bunch of gas driving there, I was 5 days without a phone (because they cant even send an email apparently) and I had to spend a couple hundred dollars on a whole new phone because their employee is incompetent apparently. They did absolutely nothing to fix this mess they made. Employees were unhelpful and most of them were even quite rude. terrible. store.

Today was my first time visiting this location. Let me tell you their staff goes above and beyond! Robert was the staff member assisting me and I was blown away by his customer service. Ive been in the customer service industry for several years and know how rare it is to find someone like Robert. My recommendation is to keep him around for as long as you possibly can! Because of him Ive already spread the word to my friends about your location and would recommend anyone to go there. Not your typical parts store where you walk in and feel out of place, especially as a female. Five stars and wish I could give it more!

Terrible service; Called ahead because I was in need of a new battery for my Sony Cybershot to get a project done in a pinch. Talked to the employee on the phone and he said they had the battery I needed there after I gave him the specifics. I walk 2 miles there and he says "Oh looks we dont have that one; Sposed to be right here, but its not" He didnt check the back or anything and said I should just go to the Chandler location; Which is obviously out of walking distance. Seemed like he was high and not very knowledgeable , and cost me a long frustrating walk. YOU HAD ONE JOB BUDDY

Awesome staff, excellent prices. This location came through on a Monday night thirty minutes before closing. I had ordered online with the intent to pick up in store, but it took the better part of an hour to get my old battery jumped so I could get to the store in the first place. By the time I show up, its dark out and only the manager was on duty. Inconvenient for him, yes, but no problem. He installed the battery in less than 10 minutes and, because I asked, he patiently gave me a step-by-step explanation about how to do it safely. Im totally satisfied.

I use to buy my auto batteries at the auto parts stores. Since a friend told me about Batteries and Bulbs and through my own research, I now buy them at their store in Tempe, Arizona. Not only are they less expensive there, with a 10% discount for buying online I saved $24 dollars over the auto parts store for the same battery type. I paid for it online at 11:30 pm and it was on the counter waiting for me when I got there at 8:00 am. I have 3 vehicles and have purchased two batteries so far. I know where my third will come from. Every dollar counts today.

I am sorry I forgot to get the young guys name who helped me but he was great. I brought in the iPad my son had managed to break off his earphone jack in. After hours with tweezers. magnets, glue on toothpicks, etc, we figured it was a lost cause but he got it out in about a minute at no charge. I will definitely be back, and I am sure it is much less expensive to get phone, laptop, ipad screens repaired there as well. Thanks!

I was surprised to learn that this Batteries Plus does Iphone repairs. I had broken the protective cover on my Iphone (it did its job and the Iphone screen was intact). I bought a new protective cover but was not sure how to remove the broken cover and install the new one. The Iphone repair person helped me out at no charge. I will definitely return there if I have trouble with my Iphone in the future.

The jeweler counter at the discount store would sell my wife the watch battery but wouldnt change it, so she just walked out. So I took it for her to Batteries Plus on McClintock and he said, "Sure, I can help you." Two minutes later I had her watch back with a new battery installed, and the watch was set. Cost me 8 bucks. Great service. Thanks, Batteries Plus - you make me look good.

Best experience Ive had in purchasing a car battery! Went online to buy the battery for my 2016 Honda, and then went to the store about 5-min later. This place even put it in for me. Whole process took about 15-min. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I received 10% discount for purchasing online!
