DONT GO TO THIS CORPORATE STORE -- EVER (dont have minus stars) Had problem with phone. #611 tech (good service) directed me to a retail store. Worst service received from any retail chain of any description . Several customers besides myself could get no help whatsoever. Totally Rude - unaccommodating, looking at watch - left store swearing to quite T-mobile after more than 10 years with T-Mobile. Went to to non-corporate store #4651. Had to research problem , found answer. -- Thank you for Exceptional service Exceptional professionalism. Exceptional accommodation (70+)

I was mislead on the phone being comparable to my current phone. Turns out it had half the internal memory. Spoke with 3 people in customer service the same day and a person at the store the next morning. Person at the store advised that if I want the same internal memory, I have to pay more. I would have NEVER bought the phone to begin with if they told me I would be losing internal memory.

Worst store ever had issues with them since October 25th with the note 7 phone they lost it and i was still being charged for the note 7 took all the way to late March to fix the problem they caused and on top of that i lost my jump lease on demand because of there svrew up and still fighting to get it back do not go to this store worse store ever

Wow the guy who I spoke to here was so rude and condescending that I decided to leave without purchasing a phone and plan. There are multiple phone stores in this area so I went to another one just because the service at this T-Mobile was so poor. Hopefully they start treating people better.

Worst service ever! First location that didnt assist me with my Phone. Sounds like the salesperson didnt want to Assist nor perform his job. Never have I heard I was not able to access my account without the primary holder. One call resolution wasnt attempted. Bs!

I have never left a phone store so pleased! We walked in they greated us they were so helpful and kind! Josh Set everything up just the way I asked, l got me a great deal on phones and a monthly bill! Great service! Amazing staff! Would recommend!

went in here two times and they didnt offer me any good service whatsoever. asked them some tech questions about nexus and they were so rude about it
