The service my family received today was superior to any of our past experiences with Verizon! Deja went above and beyond the mark in spending time answering questions, satisfying individual needs and finding the most economical solution for each family member! Im so grateful this location finally has someone who is so dedicated to serving the customer and making sure every question is answered. As a long time customer of Verizon, I can honestly say Deja is best employee I have ever interacted with! For the first time ever, I understand what my phone plan is, how the billing works and how to use the Verizon app!

Id had my iPhone 4S for two years. Decided I needed an upgrade. Came here. My in-store experience was great. I bought the iPhone 6 in June and they told me my bill would go down by switching from the 3GB to the 1GB data plan. What they failed to mention was that I was actually financing the phone as well, so now I have $31.99 added to every bill until June 2017. The real shame is on me for not reading the fine print, but I refuse to believe that the salesman (cant remember his name, though Im sure he or his boss wouldnt care) was ignorant of the whole situation. Hope the commission was worth it.

I stopped here to see if I could get a gift and the item I was looking for (beats headphones) they didnt have. I wanted to put on my credit line. I asked if there is another Verizon store I could go to that will have it. The guy there immediately said Verizon dont carry those. I called customer service and the lady says to me theres a few stores located nearby you who carry them.. I already knew they sold them because I did my research but didnt know which store had them. The sales guy was rude with his tone and his response. I love nearby but will not go to this site again.

I can NOT say enough good things about Mike (Assistant Manager) and the level of customer service he provided today. I went in to replace a phone that had been stolen and expected to spend hours in the store taking care of paperwork, which I have done in other stores. Mike was knowledgable, professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained what need to happen, how it would happen, and when it would happen. He facilitated my claim with Asurion (thank heavens for insurance) and made the whole process painless and pleasant. Verizon is lucky to have such a great employee!

Had an amazing experience here! I worked with Brandon C and he was alot of help and really went the extra mile for me. He made sure he explained everything clearly to me and was very straight up and honest which is what I like. The store was very clean and organized which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend anyone to go here! I mainly worked with Brandon C but there was another gentlemen there that helped put my screen protector on and he was a very nice guy as well!

Verizon coverage is the best in the countryside that no other carriers cover in Buckingham, Virginia. the customer service I received at the quarry bend from Troy was excellent. I switched from T-Mobile and my switch credit didnt go through the first time. I came in to talk with Troy he got on the phone and called customer service for me to get it straighten out. They sent me a box and Troy helped me get my old phone wiped and sent out!

great customer service! very friendly and helpful! didnt feel like i was just dealing with sales man. they listened to what i needed and presented the phone that best suited me. i also had to go back 3 days later and they took over an hour just to transfer my infromation and learn how to use the phone. Great service i recomend them to everyone!

I am a 66 year-old techno-tard! I went in to have someone help me with my email that had quit working. Michael Pirraglio immediately came to help me. He made me feel so good and that I really was a bit savvy regarding my phone. Best of all, he fixed my phone and I happily walked out the door. Such great help and service! I will be back!
